Their fake 2tb thumb drive is a 32 gig drive that fools your computer into displaying 2tb of index. Any amount of data over what would fit on a 32 gig drive is nonexistent. In fact, it is so nonexistent that the option to delete does come up, because it is only a fake index. This company is perpetuating fraud out of China( which is where everything ships from). They post a UK street address. I haven’t googled to see if that address even exists. UK law enforcement should shut them down and prosecute. Their customer service is a fake site as well. No reply or service. I am sure there is no possible return address or means of reimbursement. Theft only.

I ordered Smart Watch with Bluetooth Earbugs with 1000 MAH and I payed $30.98 but I received a wrong item. Cheap chinese 5$ bracelet and one piece of separate earbug.I was told that I'm only entitled for a $7 refund which was unacceptable due to wrong item delivered to me, The gay i spoke with said it is too expensive to send the item back to china witch means i have to pay for shipping even it was their mistake. I hope this kind of web sites will be blocked for the customer protection. They make a living out of buying cheap staff from china and resell them here in us. It is unacceptable to force the customer to keep the wrong item or send it back and pay for the postage and handling. This is total SCAM.

I got an M3 tracker watch, not the model and color how the show in the ad. It was a way too different watch. Screen too small. It took more than a month to get it because was coming from China. From “time mode” goes to “steps” but skips right away to “calories”. So, it is not working properly. Then I realized for -$30 bucks you get a mucho better tracker from USA in less than 3 days.

IF I could give a -5 i would, just a straight scam. Didn’t even send me what I ordered then after a month of arguing to get my money they agreed to pay $10/per item then last minute sneakily changed it to a solid number. Can’t wait for them to be shut down and hopefully sued.

total scam i ordered the bluetooth with headphone and received a cheaper knockoff watch with no headphones.

100% fraud. They never send you what you ordered. Instead they post a cheap imitation. Of course when you contact them the don't make any changes, eventhow it's their"mistake".

Don't purchase on Dedery.com!! I made an order of a SSD disk of 1TB and Dedery sent me a USB pen of 16GB.

Same experience as many who have commented before me. They sell products on Facebook under the name VIPSALEE. I paid for the sports tracker with earphones but received a very cheap, low quality tracker with one piece earphone separately. When contacted they offered $5 as compensation.

These are Chinese baits and must avoid. Funny thing is I reported this to Facebook several times and yet they still allow them to keep selling which means hundreds are being cheated even now.

Please avoid.

Disputed with PayPal. Awaiting resolution.

Repeated offers of small amounts E.g. $20, $26.
Now PayPal require me to return the useless goods to the seller using a tracked service, at my expense, to get a refund. This company also trad3s as GoGoBuy. Beware.

Don’t purchase in this site. It is fake. The products shipped doesn’t match the purchased item and they just offer you a small refund and say the shipment to Chine will be more expensive. NEVER BUY ON THIS SITE!

Run! Dollar store products that look nothing like their advertising. Horrible quality earbuds and watch.

The customer service told me the products weren’t even worth returning. They couldn’t refund.

I ordered a smart watch with dual earbuds. i got a cheap fitness bracelet and a single earbud. all they would offer was a 7.00 refund
this seems to be the way this company operates as i see several others here with the same issue. I will never shop with them again.

Hello I ordered something from this company and did not receive what I ordered I received something totally different and I feel like I was deceived and I have emailed them and I'm waiting on someone to contact me about my order

I hope this kind of customer service will be given an attention for the customer didn't get what he/she ordered instead forced to keep the item or send it back and pay for the postage and handling by him/herself (customer) and get the refund. I hope this kind of mishandling of mistake will be corrected. I wanted to give them NO STAR but no option, I have to put something. This is totally a SCAM.... Stop buying from this website instead get it from AMAZON.

I have made a purchase for a 2TB SSD . But when i got the package, it contains a 32GB Thumb Drive and a Wireless Music Earphone which is not what i wanted and don't even match the value i paid for. When i contacted Dedery, the reply i got is simply 5 dollar refund (*Angry*).

These are the same people as popuor.com.
They promise one product then deliver an inferior or completely different product, for example switching a 1TB USB Flash drive for a 32GB thumb drive. Promise a smart watch, deliver basic fitness bracelet. If you complain they will/may offer a really small partial refund. The delivery takes WAY longer than advertised, even if your pay for "Priority".

Please report to facebook and dispute the transactions in paypal.

Ordered TWO sets of the watch with build in ear plugs. Was eager to give it to my kids. What came was a TOTALLY different item. A cheap smart health bracelet with ONE pc ear plug separately.
When wrote about a total misrepresentation of their product... all they could offer was a $6 refund. I wasnt intereted in the refund.. I JUST WANTED WHAT I ORDERED. Even asked if they could send me the product if I reordered. A week passed and no reply. NO EMPATHY from the seller. Totally disappointed!
