I left the following 1-star review on deeds.com on Sept 23: "I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way."
This time, they replied literally within minutes... by closing my account and sending me an email threatening legal action if I use the form I purchased. They said they will send a refund, which I look forward to seeing.
They did NOT post the review that I left on their website.
UPDATE: My review has now posted to their website. They have also sent a second very prompt letter now threatening legal action for posting reviews on 3rd party websites (like this one). It's a shame they weren't this diligent in responding to my customer service request...

Absolutely terrible service. They requested forms in a format that was against what the county wanted. They would not answer questions directly and would not allow a call in. The closed my account stating that the program was resolved and when I sent them messages the sent me emails that required me to log into my account, which I could not do because they closed it. Very unprofessional and would not use.
They replied to this post telling me to reply on their website, which I did and they deleted that review and blocked my account. COMPLETE SCAM. Of course they are going to only keep the good reviews.

Deeds.com presented that they could e-file in the county I needed a filing performed in. Captured my email, phone, etc as I had to open an account. Opened the account, uploaded the document and within 40 minutes had a reply that I would need to file this document myself. What a waste of time. This site is simply capturing email addresses and phone number and names. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. PHONY

Here is a transcript of our emails. Support has ZERO patience. I chose the wrong document. When I asked for help, they REVOKED MY ACCOUNT!!! Some embecile in Mom's basement is in charge of customer support apparently. I must have interrupted his gaming experience. When I asked for escalation, no change.
Their response to me: Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.
My message to them: I just gave my CC information and mistakenly chose the Trustee Deed. I meant to choose the Beneficiary Deed for Boone County, Missouri. I have not downloaded the Trustee Deed yet. Can you help? Please provide a phone number so I can speak with a person.
Thank you,
Staff

I had no problems with downloading these forms. I have been a paralegal for 20 years and came up on a situation where I was not familiar with the forms. Deeds. com saved my life and allowed me to get the documents done and done right. I will keep deeds. com on my list of favorites!

Bought a quit claim deed form. Came with great instructions that were easy to follow and allowed me to do it over a couple of times until I got it right. Was also cheaper than most other options I found online.

$20 for a blank one page government form?! Our taxes are paying for the design and production of that form. DEEDS has seized on an opportunity to install itself as the middleman in administering form issuance. Our government is letting us down by abdicating its responsibilities, and DEEDS is ripping us off with outrageously exorbitant prices for our forms. $20!! Outrageous.

I was a bit disappointed that I paid $22.00 for so very little information

Although I have followed instructions to the letter , I have not been able to download OR print out the form I bought, I asked for help and got a reply that had nothing to do with the problem in question, So I paid 20.00 for nothing !!

Great Resource - Better than having to go all over to various county recorders' offices. However, I had a little bit of difficulty navigating the sight to actually obtain what I was looking for. Despite great labeling which seemed intuitive, when I clicked on the buttons to try to order a deed from a certain county, there was no response. Then I was redirected. It took a little while to figure out.
