I was hoping for a general disclaimer…

I was hoping for a general disclaimer of inheritance document but what I ended up buying was a disclaimer of property inheritance document for real estate (which doesn't apply in my case). I should have read the description more carefully so........
UPDATE - as a result of the above I was contacted by Deeds.com and was given a full refund. I am very impressed and appreciative.

On the first page 20 was put in for…

On the first page 20 was put in for the year of death, but my parents died in 1976. The 20 could not be removed. I also had 2 parents who were deceased and it did not allow me to put in both dates they died.

Also, I am from a large family and when I printed out the names of the children and grandchildren some were omitted because it only gave one line to type in the info, so I had to hand write the information. I will see the lawyer today and will give you their take on the form later.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the large family, we include an "exhibit page" for those situations where the required information does not fit into the form. As for the date, a "cross out" is acceptable, however we have just emailed you an amended version of the form you can use to enter the whole date (1976) if you want. hope you have a wonderful day.

I found this site a must

I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself. Thank you!

Total package

Very prompt with complete instructions & example to complete forms. If you don't want to hire a lawyer, this is pretty simple & will bypass probate.

unable to complete blank forms

Since no one any longer has a typewriter, the blank forms are useless. A total waste of money.

That's a great point, we agree. That's why our documents are Adobe PDFs so they can be filled out on the computer and printed complete, no typewriter required. We see that there have been no requests for support from you, if you are having an issue with the Arizona Beneficiary Deed form be sure to let our customer service department know. Have a great day!

The website entices you to think that all you need is right there. BUT once they get your payment that’s is. There is ZERO support.
I reluctantly purchased their product and noticed right away that I couldn’t use there forms, there were adobe formatted locked.
I emailed them hoping for support but after almost 6 hours later I received a cowardly email stating “our forms are not for you we have closed your account and refunded your money”. What a joke there right there forms are not for me.... there not for anyone else either! HUGE MISTAKE.

did not like their Beneficiary deed…

did not like their Beneficiary deed form for Nebraska. Can't change I to we. Input areas not large enough and can't be enlarged. In signature areas names are required to be printed under signature lines. This space is not on form. **Notary did not like wording on their page!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds.com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning. However, if I needed an answer to a question, the answer never came. I tried to call the facility, but I never received a message back. After ordering several deeds, unbeknownst to me my account was deleted. Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well. I have tried to garner a response but can not. This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered.

Rude, Deletes accounts, Charges for items not received, Lacks Communication- Steer clear unless you want a hostile coming at you

Update to my review because it is important for follow up. Credit was issued on my credit card. It is extremely disappointing this company was rude and deleted my account in frustration which more than likely stems back from past complaints. A simple comment back stating facts such as, "Your business is important to us. We have looked into your account and your credit is pending. Please give this a few days for the credit to appear. We look forward to serve you again in the future. Should you need to contact us, please do so at (phone number) and/or (email) address." and not delete my account. Best of luck to you all with this company.

Ordered two deeds on 7/8/18 and received a message on my deeds.com account they had to cancel the payment and request. On 7/9/18 my credit card was charged. On 7/10/18 I contacted the company and this was my response, "We have no new information to report regarding your account. We were also unable to divine ANY questions to answer from your message."

To boot, they then CLOSED my account after requesting money back on a product I never received and questioned them about.

In addition to their reply: They have done this with multiple reviews, citing error of the customer versus owning up to their mistakes. Also, no mention on why they deleted my account. I have also seen others having their accounts deleted. My review is at what it stands, you are negligent and rude.

Second clarification to their reply: Again they fault me, the customer, when in fact they stated they wouldn't charge my credit card and they did charge my card. Also, no mention again as to why they closed my account.

Third clarification: The payment to the credit card company went through. When inquired, I received a less than stellar response and a deletion of my account. Nothing in the professional sense such as what they are finally attempting to do. These are the fact and you can read the response being received. Also, no mention again as to why they closed my account.

This company wants the last word. Instead of choosing to have exemplary customer service, they continue to place blame and point fingers. Kindness goes way further then your rude remarks. Also, I will change the title of my review.

Finally-They claim I don't understand my credit card when in fact both charges went through which is why I contacted them in the first place. the charges were NOT pending.

We trust you will correct your review once you discover your error, not doing so would indicate that you are being willfully untruthful. You were notified that your order and payment were canceled shortly after your order was placed. Nothing has changed. If you are having difficulty understanding what your financial institution is reporting to you contact them. You should know that we will enlist all remedies available to us with regards to false statements made in public reviews.

Yes, we are rude, as in we are not going to be nice just because. If you think you can make statements like "Fraudulent company" with no recourse you are going to find that we are very rude indeed. We have no issues owning up to our mistakes, happens every now and then. It will be a true indication of your character how you move forward once you realize your mistake.

This is good information for anyone reading these reviews. It is a good idea to understand how your financial institution (credit card) reports transaction to you before you make public declarations that a business is fraudulent. Again, as redundant as this is, customer placed order late Saturday evening, customer was informed early Sunday morning that orders/payments have been canceled. There is nothing more we can do for this customer.

Customer Message: Hi, I ordered two deed packages and was told they were both canceled as well as payment, however; both payments in the amount of 89.97 have been charged to my card on 7/9/18 and day AFTER I was told it had been canceled as you were not able to provide deed work for me. Point 1. We had no new information to report. Point 2. Your message asked no questions. Facts. So, again, you submitted orders/payments, we canceled your orders/payments, you do not understand why your credit card company is reporting the transactions the way they do so you call us a fraudulent company, at least we hope it is that innocent. Also, why are you so concerned as to why a fraudulent company closed your account?

Oh good, more baseless claims. Fraudulent, still no. Rude, yes we can be (let's not forget, you came out of the gate calling us names yet you still expect us to be nice and kind). Deletes accounts, yes we do. Charges for items not received, never. Lacks communication, well, we seem to be lacking the ability to illuminate reality once an individual has allowed perception to skew the facts... so it seems we lack effective communication. At any rate, this will be our last response on this platform so that you may have the opportunity to get in the "last word". Just a recap for all the reasonable people reading this review: Reviewer came to our website, submitted payments for services late Saturday evening, our staff canceled orders and payments Sunday morning. Sadly, the way credit card companies report transactions can and does lead to this sort of confusion. This reviewer will likely see the cancellation we processed Sunday morning either reflected in their account today or tomorrow, depends on the credit card policies. We have no control over that. Hope everyone has a great day.

I ordered the quit claim deed forms…

I ordered the quit claim deed forms days ago and have never been able to download the deed forms. A small windows appears that says "this document cannot be opened". I have called deeds.com several times and emailed them several times and they have not responded to me accept to say that if there is a problem they will email me and so far I have not gotten
any help from them. My next move is to contact the BBB. This company took my money and did not give me the forms. This company is a scam and sucks. If there was a way I would give it a 00000000000- rating.
