Rim does not fit the car
One of my old tires were leaking air, the tyres were near end of life so instead of trying to repair it I decided to order 4 new tyres.
The tyres arrived at the installation partner and where installed on the car. So far so good.
Two days later one of the new tyres were flat again. I returned to the installation partner, and they could now tell me that the problem was the rim, not the tyre, and that I should by a new rim.
I went back online and bought a new rim according to the car model by following the guide on the webside. The rim arrived at the partner and they put on the tyre. Then when they tried to put it on the car, it turns out that it does not fit although it has all the right dimensions. They advise me to contact dekkonline.com.
I contact dekkonline and they tell me that they will not take back a rim after it has been tried to put on the car!!! My question to them is then how would you know that it does not fit until you put it on the car, as long as I have ordered according to their process? It is my problem that the product I have ordered does not fit the car!!! And they suggest that I order a new rim at my own expense. Then I ask them how I can make sure that a new rim will fit the car, as long as the one I have ordered already have the right specs on the parameters you can choose on the site.
This basically leaves me with a car I can not drive, money spent on a rim that does not fit, and absolutely no support from dekkonline as to how they can help.

If you are uncertain about the size of rims or tires you need for your vehicle it is always advised to check your vehicle documents where you have all the information listed.
In addition we wish to inform you that if the tire has been mounted on the rim or has been attempted to be mounted on the car we unfortunately can not take it back as it is considered used.

Instead of the tires you ordered, we have delivered a tire with higher speed index, since the exact tire was not available. Remember that you can drive with tires with a higher load and speed index. The fitted tires must have at least the load and speed index specified in the vehicle's documents, higher values are permitted.
