Wouldn’t rush back, although the driver I chose on my second attempt, Kev, was brilliant. First driver, Neil, let me down claiming vehicle broke down, then family hospitalisation. Lost my first deposit. No response from organisation regarding refund until eventually someone emailed a reply, also claiming hospitalisation, and said it would be sorted when he was discharged. Still waiting. Not happy, although, the driver Kev was great!

No customer service at all. I try to register with them paid 30£ for fast registration and they claim your will be approve in 24 hours. Two weeks later and 5 emails no one get back to me. Registration still pending. No refund or rejection.
P.S. documents review still pending
I clicked on verification link raise few tickets but sole fare nothing get back to me. I have invoice for paying fee number 000616.

Easy to obtain quotes and arrange a suitable transporter.

Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.

Awful to deal with. I accepted a quote with a transporter and paid the deposit to Deliver My Motor. After several days of being messed about by the transporter i cancelled the job and went elsewhere. I messaged Deliver My Motor to explain the situation and request my deposit back and got absolutely no reply. There does not appear to be a main headquarters are help department. And there is no contact number. After several days of emails and messages and getting no response from anybody I had to go through my bank to get my money back l.
Absolutely disgusted by the service. Or lack of service I should say.
Will definitely never use again. And I would recommend avoiding at all costs. There are other similar providers about which I will use from now on.
The lack of customer service is worrying

I have been waiting for a reply for nearly 2 weeks to an email I sent as ‘URGENT’. Our car was damaged by the man we hired through this companies website. I have informed DeliverMyMotor and they have not tried to help or support us. I am hoping this review will get the attention of the customer service team to rectify our problem.

Listed a job with full details. Received a bid which was accepted. Then told they haven’t got the time to do it and not sure when they can fit us in. Contact support for a refund. Have been waiting 3 days for support to respond. SLA is 24hrs. Understand 24hrs may not always be possible. But 72hrs later. Zero acknowledgment or response to a refund.

Website seemed fairly easy and straight forward to use. But sadly not the case and no support when things are not right.

Liam was first-class. Kept me informed at every level, was polite and helpful. I couldn't fault him.

Easy and pain free. Got three quotes for a pick up and delivery. Delivery driver was polite and efficient. Good communication throughout.

A1 driver very polite and extremely helpful would use again.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, IF YOU LIKE NOT BEING CONNED....100% a scammer company... paid £90 on the website to book a transporter... also paid the transporter 50% , failed to collect on 4 different days... then hasnt responded to me in over a week. views my messages but doesnt reply and blanks me. £350 down... and delivermymotor hasnt responded to any of my 6 emails the past 3 weeks. now i also lost the car, as the guy got pizzed off... and sold it to somebody else. this is a one-man-band scam company outfit ran by a guy in his PJ's in his mothers attic....Now i need to get the police involved, report the company and transporter , and go down the legal route to claim my money back via police fraud reports and court dates!!!! crazy all i wanted was my car delivered then i get this. .. Avoid!!!

Nice easy way of sorting out transport for a car that I couldn't go and get.
Got quotes within minutes and was easy to communicate with my chosen operator once I'd accepted their quote.
I would use this service again no problem.

Very easy service to use to find cheap and reliable transport for your car. Got about 5 quotes through in less than a day, once accepted, good communcations throughout. very useful to be able to read customer reviews of transporters before accepting quotes.

Excellent service. Car collected on time by experienced driver. Kept up to date with progress, and driver had to deal with Tesla, never easy! Very happy.
