Good balloons
It was a quick and easy ordering and delivery. The balloons were of good size and quality however they did seem to start deflating quite quickly.

Hi Janet,
Thank you for your review! We recently revamped our website so it's brilliant to hear your feedback on how easy you found the ordering process!
We would advise that foil balloons typically last around a week to a few weeks depending on conditions (for example, helium shrinks in the cold so colder temperatures would cause them to deflate quicker).
If we can help any further please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Kind regards
The Delivery Balloon Team

Hi Amy,
Thank you for your review! We're sorry to hear of your disappointment with the early delivery. As the First Class delivery option was selected this doesn't guarantee your delivery date; we do recommend selecting the Guaranteed option if it is important that your gift arrives on a particular day. We are glad to hear that you were happy with the balloon and service though and hope you will think of us again!
Kind regards,
The Delivery Balloon Team
