Really good experience
So I rented the install kit, arrived quickly had everything I needed. Packaged well, even called to see if I needed anything, which is a nice touch. I didn't have questions, but they said just call if anything does come up. Felt like they would be there if needed. Pricing seems very fair.

I rented the mini split installation…
I rented the mini split installation toolkit in May 2026 and could not have been more pleased with the process. The kit was sent out quickly and Della made a couple courtesy calls to see if I had any question—always nice to know there are people who can help behind the scenes when ordering off the web. The tools in the kit were well packaged and in good condition. Instructions for the individual tools, along with a step by step pictorial overview of the installation process, along with a QR code to watch an installation code, all helped make for a smooth installation. Returning the kit was super simple as a preprinted airball was included in the package. My deposit was refunded a couple of days after Della had received my return shipment. Overall a great experience and if I do decide in the future to do another mini split install, I’m gonna rent these tools again, and still come out ahead over where I’d be had I purchased lesser quality tools from Amazon. And my wife’s not yelling at me about cluttering up the house with more tools so that’s a win as well.

Product is Great! Very easy to install. Easy to use and we are very happy with our purchase. However the best thing is the product support! I had what i wasn’t sure was a problem or normal operation. I called the support number and not only got to speak to a real person right away she(Elizabeth) was actually the support person and answered my questions immediately. I am still in shock that that i wasn’t sent to a AI operator or someone overseas.
Problem resolved.
It was a lengthy process Della sending replacement parts and trying to isolate the issue. Make sure you register your unit it will make it easier to get the service going.
Customer service was easy to get in touch with. A few emails and photos back and forth but not a real problem.

That information was then sent to Lizzie in Customer Support who quickly handled all the necessary arrangements to get the part on the way to me. She answered numerous questions for me and quickly got the part on the way to me. This all happened in one day. Very pleased!

Installed the unit myself and had my a/c guy pressure test and vaccum the system. Released the refrigerant, started it up and it’s run fine ever since. I’ve used it in cool, heat, and dehumidify modes and all work properly. I just hope it lasts a long time! I did order the wrong lineset but Elizabeth in customer service was a great help with getting my refund processed. She took care of everything! Thanks
