I am so happy. Della+’s customer care and technical support are outstanding! I was having trouble with programming the app and remote and couldn’t get the mini-split unit to work on program. They provided me with a rather quick response by a tech and I was walked through all the steps and now giving it 24 hours - voila! The unit is running perfectly - PERFECTLY! A perfect unit and support staff who care about your satisfaction!! Thank you!

EVERYTHING!! Had to return a mini split because I ordered the wrong one. That transaction for return was extremely simple. Purchased a new one utilizing their service rep Joey. Everything about this company meets and exceeds customer service standards that other company should follow
Best Option for a Mini Split
Easy ordering, quick delivery, and best of all the ability to borrow all the install kit needed. Great that Della offers a warranty on a self install unit when their install kit is used and the unit is properly registered. I had a few questions during the install, both customer service and tech support were quick to respond and answer every question I came up with.

I will know when my part actually arrives the usps sent it back so now im probably going to have to wait another week before it arrives at my house. Wasn't no ones fult except the usps.

We received the wrong size spilt unit and Della Support system got our request fixed and shipment of the correct unit was sent out immediately. Let's say that the purchase of the Della mini split was "SIMPLE", walked me right through the process everything there answered every question or doubt. I also did reviews on the unit which came back flawless. Did a return of the unit as I purchased the wrong size BTU; Joey from their support/sales team walked me right through the process. Joey was kind, patient, understood the issue and later called him back with the updates on the return tracking which I was then given an email of my return.

6 months in and I really love this Della 42 inch tower fan
I really love this Della 42 inch tower fan with the remote control. I’ve had it now for six months and have found no problems with the product whatsoever.The number of speed settings oscillating everything about it is just fantastic and being disabled the remote makes it really handy! I can do anything with the remote that you can do at the fan controls. I would recommend this for anybody especially somebody that’s disabled, and can’t get around too well.
