Extremely disappointed – Order lost and zero accountability
I am writing this review after three weeks of waiting for an order that never arrived.
The situation is incredibly frustrating: the courier has officially confirmed that my item is lost, yet I am still caught in a cycle of poor service. Every time I contact De’Longhi customer support, the representative seems more focused on "palming off" the issue to another department rather than taking ownership and resolving it.
I have spent weeks chasing this, and despite the courier’s confirmation of loss, I have received no solution, no refund, and no proactive help. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I am currently out of pocket with no product and no clear path forward. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering directly.

The website didn’t work and was inaccurate. Despite a quick reply from the team it has now been over two weeks with no further response. When purchasing the most expensive coffee machine on the website, you’d think customer service may be a little better.
Despite that, delivery was quick and the coffee machine is fantastic.

Poor customer service
I have not used the product yet but the preliminaries and the customer service have been very poor. Responses which ignore my questions, no attempt at explanation or apology delays on delivery (but no delay on taking my money). I have no expectation of this product.
