I purchased an oil column heater…
I purchased an oil column heater assuming it would be silent. It isn’t and ‘ticks’ as the thermostat works to turn it on and off so it’s not suitable for overnight in an occupied room. But it is of excellent quality and works as advertised.
argento kettle bundle
I've had a sage argento kettle and toaster set for about 9 years, been great , still worke but my electric kept tripping so thought it could be them and decided to change for the same models different colour.
I went through delonghi direct as it was a bit cheaper and they had both in stock
, I didn't realise i wouldn't fet any order updates unless i created an account , anyway when royal mail said they attempted delivery ,I was sitting looking outdoors and nope! That never happened, on the 2bd attempt I was at work so they threw the whole box over the side gate!
On using the kettle it has a terrible taste , I've had it a week now and its only just getting better! The coatings on the outside of the products aren't as robust either , on a plus the toaster is better.... as the last one didn't raise enough for crumpets so a knife was required 😱
Lets see if these last as long , not overly impressed atm!
Dedica duo
I am incredibly pleased with my dedica coffee machine. I had a mini concern that I would just be drinking expresso, until I realised you just top up with hot water either from the coffee machine or the kettle. I like my iced coffee black, which the machine does well (5 minutes to wait for a lovely cool coffee).
This is my first machine, have been using an aeropress up to now. Therefore nothing to compare it to.
I have only used the steam wand for topping up water and when it only gives me the steam option ( to clean it out).
The set up videos were really helpful on the delonghi website.
Oh and it comes with a little milk jug, which I wasn’t expecting so that was another joyful surprise along with a good cup of coffee.
Remember to look at codes on the box for registration for the warranty .

Early days so far in ownership . But everything about the Machine is of the highest quality! Brews a superb coffee with a choice 18 options - spoilt for choice! The LCD screen gives plenty of guidance and makes the whole process easy and user friendly. Highly recommended 😊👍
super delayed delivery with zero help
When placing an order delivery was suggested to be 2-3 business days. Took over one and a half weeks, multiple chasers with zero help offered. When product arrived, it was faulty. Complete waste of time

Love my 6 month old aromatic machine 2nd one I've purchased, after just 6 months the coating is failing on grinds container have contacted delonghi about 7 times now with no response other than taking my particulars , customer service are useless at best , very frustrated. After posting this review did receive a response from Gemma at delonghi offering to support me with a resolution, but as per my previous contact nothing has been heard since, what kind of support is that?

I genuinely expected much better from a brand like De'Longhi.
I bought a brand-new machine from Amazon, and after just one month it stopped working. Fair enough, things can fail—that's what warranties are for. The real disappointment started when I tried to get help.
I contacted De'Longhi through their website and even through Amazon's Brand Representative. Nothing. Eventually, I managed to send an email and was told someone would get back to me within 2 working days.
Five working days later... still nothing.
At that point I gave up waiting and contacted Amazon directly. Within no time, they arranged for the machine to be sent for repair.
Then, a week later, De'Longhi finally decided to reply... telling me that I needed to send the machine to their service centre. Really? By then, Amazon had already sorted it. I told them exactly that.
Another week passed before I received their next email... simply apologising for the delay.
So after two weeks of trying to get support from De'Longhi, all I got was:
An email telling me to do something that had already been done.
A "sorry for the late reply."
That's not customer service.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I expected two things from a premium brand:
A machine that lasts longer than a month.
Customer support that actually supports its customers.
Instead, the product failed almost immediately, and when I needed help, I was completely ignored. If Amazon hadn't stepped in, I'd probably still be waiting for someone to answer.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of the brand.
Very disappointed.

I had the older model before and found it to be an excellent kettle. One tiny complaint, the water level indicator is hard to see.

Delonghi vintage coffee maker is a NO
Bought my coffee maker in April 25, had delonghi for decades and never had issues. The vintage cream coffee machine has issues. The on/off button doesn't stay on. The hot plate is overheating and the steamer arm leaks. Asked for help and was directed to a company and quoted £60.00 + delivery costs. Can get a new coffee maker for that. Won't buy delonghi again
