Opaque Process that Gives No Trust

While it was easy to make an order, and they were quick to take payment, the shipping process was very opaque. Their order status page was never updated. I had to reach out after 2 weeks of no status change on my order, only to find out that the shipping company had never actually shipped my item.

When I did reach out, I had a very quick response to my first inquiry, that DeltaHub would reach out to the shipping company. I was expecting a follow-up by EOD. It took me reaching out every day for another 3 days until I received any sort of follow-up.

If I would not have reached out, I feel this company would never had followed up to see if the item was actually shipped or not. They would have happily took my money and would not care if an order was shipped.

All in all, a frustrating experience due to the lack of communication from DeltaHub. This is not a company I'd trust in the future, particularly when they are using a small/unknown logistics company (I'm in the US and ACI was the company DeltaHub uses), and do not have systems in place to ensure orders are shipped and received for customers.

Quality best but delivery way to expensive

Liked quality of a product and package itself. Disliked - expences on a delivery were way higher than package itself from your company. 10 Euros DHL Express + 28.70 Euros Custom service + 26.96 Euros DHL got from me for document service(to connect me with Custom). That is doubled the price. Maybee you should fire your logistician and find another one so you could deliver packages with better pricing for everyone not only for europeans?

Excellent customer support

I purchased a few items from DeltaHub on August 17 and I completely messed up the order. Not only did they fix my mistake the next day, they waved the cost difference.

While that was great, the fact that they worked on the issue without it being their fault has won them a returning customer.

Doesn't Work For Me

I got the Carpio 2.0 and maybe the sizing is wrong but it doesn't feel comfortable in my hand. When gaming it's not that great since I would have to constantly find the correct seating after lifting.

I know there is a gaming version with the strap but from what people say about that one is that it's flimsy and breaks easily. Not to mention having that thing strapped to you makes typing annoying without taking it off so I won't bother trying it.

In the end the Carpio 2.0 did more damage to my wrist and hand than anything. I felt pain quicker than without it.

Carpio 2.0 and G2.0

Very high quality products. I've bought 2 wrist rests - standard one for keyboard and G version (with strap) for mouse. They were delivered rather quickly for an international shipping. In addition to the items, the package contained fabric pouches, some stickers and QR codes for video instructions on how to use the wrist rests correctly.
It took some time for my hands to adjusts but in the end I'm very satisfied. Thanks to the seamless sliding I stopped doing some weird finger stretches on my keyboard and my right hand wrist stopped hurting from prolonged mouse use. Will surely come back to buy more accessories.

I ended up paying double

I ended up paying double of what I purchased due to import fees, even though import taxes are specific to each country Delta hub should highlight the note that important additional costs may happen depending on the country import regulations.

The fact that you pay some extra to cover DHL cost gives the idea that the import fee could be covered, and it is not until the package is on the last section on the way to be delivered that the notification of additional 40 Euros payment was made.

Delta hub is well aware of this and added protection for themselves in the terms and conditions of the purchase ADD IT TO THE SHOPPING CART CHECK OUT TOO.

Will never buy anything from them again.

Overall, highly recommended!

I had a great experience with this company. They were incredibly responsive and I didn't encounter any issues. Despite being based on an island, my delivery arrived faster than expected.
Additionally, the product is top-notch and clearly made by a great team.

Big fan of Carpio 2.0, I've bought 2, one for home, one for my workspace, lost one (may it RIP :( ), immediately bought another one because I love it so much. I have felt no wrist pain since week 1 of using it, had severe issues before. It's my absolute favorite product. Cannot recommend it enough.

Also a shoutout to the (vegan <3) felt desk pad, also bought an additional one for the office. It makes work cosier.

Also a shoutout to the customer support and newsletter, DeltaHub employees are great.
