Great quality and timeless design
I was bought my first bit of Denby when I bought my own house 36 years ago aged 21, and from that Imperial Blue sugar bowl and butter dish (both of which I still have) we've gone on to the full dinner service, serving platters/bowls/glasses everything really. I can't imagine ever changing tbh. It really is timeless and such good quality, it still looks like new. This time round we've replaced some breakages, and bought a new set of cutlery, which is fab.

Excellent product and great customer service.
My orders have been delivered very well packed and in great condition. Denbyware is a part of our culture and heritage and they make great, practical and elegant products. I’ve just replaced my old Denby white dinner service with a new Imperial Blue service. It’s gorgeous - and practically to use, enjoy and clean. The customer service was also excellent and everyone communicates clearly and helpfully. Thank you Denby.

Superb dining set.
Initial shipping time was much shorter than the revised shipping time due to an increase in orders made this a little frustrating, hence 4 stars rather than 5. For all other aspects this is 5 stars.

I already have all the Denby plates, side plates, bowls, mugs and wanted to support Denby a little more after reading about their campaign.
It took a while to get here (due to the success of the campaign) but I've a beautiful mug to drink from in the morning. My usual breakfast mug is old and chipped and this new one will last forever.

Placed an order on the 03/04/26 it is now the 20/04/26 and my order still hasnt been dispatched. I can understand some delays in a busy period but this is rediculous. Starting to lose hope that i will even recieve my order. Not happy at all.
