The branch service is great and I would…
The branch service is great and I would rate it 4*
The invoicing and accounts are very poor. Credits notes are all over the place.The statements are sometimes 2 weeks into the month which In turn delays my invoices to clients.
It is to the point where I am considering closing my account and using the other supplier I use, and who runs their accounts in a much more professional manner.

Order cancelled without notice
Ordered a couple ofvreels of cable, had notification of delivery the following day, so made sure I was there during the hours stated, but the delivery was cancelled without notice and was delivered a day later. Not a good experience but perhaps shows how little I am valued as a customer.
