If I had reported in a timely manner that they had only one item, I would have sought to resolve the missing one on the other hand since I urgently require that material.

Please note, according to our records, the 2 of the prophy paste that You ordered are on manufacturer back order with no ETA at this time. Indeed, all orders $250 and above are eligible for gift cards unless they include promoted items such as short dated items. However, the gift cards need to be added to the cart manually, because we offer Costco and Visa gift cards, and we don't know which one You would prefer.
We will be happy to add the gift card to next shipment when items will become available.

Did not receive all goods paid for, which was ordered nearly a month ago. My orders over $500 did not give me an option for a gift card. All orders 250-300 gave me the $25 gift card.
