Appalling - ordered item took 5-6 weeks to arrive. No updates. Received wrong colour - ordered black - got scarlet!!
Can’t log into anything on website - can’t get hold of any assistance. Want to return - why should I pay £15 for a return when not my error? Even if I wanted to pay the £15 there is no means to log into anything. Takes me to account - shows me past order not the one I have just received. I will never use Deporvillage again and would and will advise everyone else to do the same. Frustrating and hopeless!

Before placing the order, the checkout showed information suggesting that taxes, duties and import handling fees were included in the price. After payment, different information appeared about customs duties and additional fees. In my opinion, this is very misleading for customers ordering to Switzerland through a .ch website with prices shown in CHF.
Customer service is terrible. My parcel has been stuck for 6 days with no tracking update, nobody knows where it is, and the seller has provided no real solution. I only received generic AI-translated replies telling me to wait another 24–48 hours.
Based on the information shown in the checkout, this feels misleading and unacceptable. I would not order from Deporvillage again.
