I wanted to return an order. There is no contact possibility after the first pick-up date, which just did not happen. I was contacted by support for a 2nd pick-up, which I answered immediately, offering 2 dates, the first one today, 29. April. There was no answer to my proposal and no one has come. I am stuck with a product I can't use, which I ordered because there was a return possibility. In addition I have to pay customs on this product, which I cannot use. Service does not exist.
The seller should not be taken seriously and boycotted.

I am just really disappointed
I am just really disappointed. It's over a month now and I still have no products, no money, and no information. The order was placed on the 18th of March!! My experience is therefore horrible. I would like to get a solid response as soon as possible.

Great product whatever the colour
Great communication, punctual and careful delivery. Bag was well packed. The fact that the item was a different colour to that which was ordered didn't really matter, because it was close and is also a nice colour. Price was bound to be a little costly because it is such a good design and really well made (I also have another one in totally different colour.)
