The item was shipped etc., but I had a concern regarding the wrong address I entered, and I tried to contact customer service but never received a reply. The delivery was resolved via the courier, but it didn't feel nice to be neglected

Best prices on the market.
After shopping around, I found Deporvillage to be the cheapest option for my purchase. There shipping prices were very competitive too. The website was very good and easy to navigate through, checkout was straightforward with plenty of payment options. My items arrived a few days later, packed in a cardboard box. I was also able to track the order with the courier. I will definitely check in with them on my next purchase. If they keep saving me money I will be there best customer !

As far as the product itself, since I was impressed the Munich sneakers quality I decided to buy another pair, from the Break model.
Maybe I'll come back and buy another one.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I have been waiting almost two months for my refund and still haven’t received anything. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing seems to be resolved.
I have never experienced anything like this with another company. Very frustrating and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company!!

I purchased a product with good price but I didn`t get any information about how much it cost to get it, after weeks after receiving the product I got a bill from UPS that cost allmost half of the product. Bad customer experience!

Decent price, Swift delivery.
I was on the hunt for some blue "under armour" shoes. I found them at deporvillage for a very reasonable price. I ordered them and they arrived within a few days.!
Very happy with the handling of my order both costwise and speed.
