I absolutely love design crowd. I have used them many times for logo design, social media post designs, and even full page magazine, ad designs.

Design crowd gives you so many ideas from incredible designers that it's almost overwhelming. But what's great is that you get to see so many ideas.

For someone like me, I have a vision in my head of what I want, but I don't know how to bring it to life, but with design crowd, you get exactly what you were looking for.

In my latest logo design, I had close to 300 designs to choose from.

And there were many options, but then one really stood out and hit the mark of exactly what I was looking for.

And surprisingly enough, that was only on the second day of the contest. I could've let it run for the rest of the week, but the one logo hit the mark so much I chose it as the winner and moved on. Super happy with design crowd.

If you need designs for anything, it is really worth it. I have used it many times and I will continue to use it.

I was very disappointed with my experience using this service. The logo designs provided were extremely basic and did not reflect the quality or creativity I was expecting. Unfortunately, the concepts felt like something that could have been created using a basic template tool rather than a professional design service.

When I requested a refund, I was informed that several fees were non-refundable, including a transaction fee (A$7.20), posting fee (A$60.00) and GST (A$6.72). This was frustrating, particularly given the level of dissatisfaction with the final product.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to carefully read the reviews and fully understand the refund policy before purchasing. Based on my experience, it is not a business I would recommend.

and today Feb/19/2026 My Sign Maker needed the logo in High Resolution.
So I email to DesignCrowd at 2:09PM if they can help.
And
I received the updated Logo at 2:54PM
(within 45minutes after more then 11 years they took care of it.

What a cool concept especially for start ups and small business owners. In our 3rd year, we desired an enhanced version of our logo. Our designer made it happen and we love it! Everyone else gave similar identical designs - Custom A was different unique and followed my brief. Have engaged him on subsequent design projects with similar turnaround, quality and service. Highly recommended.
