Poor manners, lack of follow up.
The day started with bangs on my door before 9am. Not just knocking once, banging until I actually open the door. There was no prior notice of their visit other than the vague announcement from the VVE for the whole building (not for banging my door at 8.30am).
Work was done, they removed and trashed my previous interfone (my property) without asking (yes, I wanted to keep the old defective part).
The new interfone is smaller than the old one, leaving a nice patch of unpainted wall visible now.
They did not spend a single second explaining how the new model they just installed works (more buttons, volume setting hidden on the side found days later), yet they made sure to not give me the box, the manual or anything with the new model, they trashed it all without asking. I went to the trash while they were working on other apartment to collect the box of the new product to identify it and get the manual in pdf from the manufacturer site.
Then they left without saying the job was not completed for the building. They came back a few days later to fix the rest apparently, but still no update to confirm the work is actually finished (or not?)
While it is partly the VVE's fault for not being able to organize and communicate repairs correctly, I would expect such a big contract to yield a higher level of attention.

Unsurprisingly there attempt to 'repair' did not work apparently, not that they did let us know or that there is any update whatsoever from the VVE association, biut I know because they started to bang at my door at 9am this nmorning without any appointment. Like last time, the same animal riged the bell once, and started to bang the door with his fist until I opened the door. Like last time, I opened the door, and asked what the matter was, and why on earth they can t wait 5 seconds for me to open the door and have to bang on it so violently for no reason. Like last time the guy looked at me and said 'oh, yeahs.. and laughed , and that was his excuse I guess.
Later during the day, I see the two same people walking in the building, discussing amongst themselves and apparently not fixing much.
There won't be any update whatsoever from their company or from the VVE. I plan to just refuse entry to my apartment the next time they come banging the door for no reason.
Would you think at the very least they could explain 'we came back to finish the job from last week because...)'
'we had an issue but we are working on it and it should be solved on..?' or maybe, 'we may have tom come back to inspect the installation in your apartment again ..? '
None of that, those are animals with zero care for the customers they are suppose to work for. Instead they come and go and bang your door without any prior notice. Unhelpful, poorly mannered and complete lack of self awareness. Avoid this company at all cost.
