Fake profile, fake email!

On December 16, 2024 I was solicited by honey.com for sale on DHgate.com and I made a purchase for a counterfeit Chanel sweater for $30.44 using one click Apple Paying with my cash app card as a result I did not get anything. I didn’t get an email confirmation that I actually made the order or a tracking number for shipment but cash app released the money. I went to dhgate.com and found in my account no orders found and no message’s I am in the process of trying to file another complaint with the New York State Attorney General‘s office for fraud and the Better Business Bureau and any other office. I made a terrible mistake going back to this website and trying to purchase an item only to experience the same results. They have sellers on there that take your money and do not provide the product “buyers beware” do not buy from DHgate.com their counterfeit products are not worth the trouble. We the people need to put them out of business!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, made my order on 12/11/24 with a 15 day guaranteed delivery it’s now 07/01/25 still no order, shipment hasn’t updated since 20/12/24 and I’ve been told it’s my fault for complaining, not sure how that works!! Customer service is a bloody joke made to jump through hoops to then provide photo evidence of a non delivery, not sure how that works either unless I take a photo of my empty doorstep. This website is a joke the seller is just rude and takes no responsibility and DH Gate customer service is about as useful as a chocolate teapot!!

Hello, I made a payment for Order No. 36790399776 on 29 December 2024, and my bank confirmed that the funds were credited to your account at DBS Bank. However, DHgate has not updated the status of my order or responded to my emails. Please assist me in resolving this issue urgently.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgraceful, dishonest thieves. Stay away from purchasing anything on this site. Misleading images on shops totally different to goods sent. Be warned! Worst shopping experience of my life!

SCAM!

If you’re considering using apps like this, go for trustworthy alternatives like Hacoo. DHGate completely abandons its customers when issues arise! Filing a complaint is nearly impossible because none of the contact options work—they either lead to blank pages or dead ends. You can’t even reply to messages, and the so-called “customer service” is nothing but a sham.

The entire system feels like a deliberate scam—either you get no response, or your money is outright stolen. I paid €80 for two defective sweaters, and instead of a fair resolution, I didn’t even get €40 refunded. This is absolutely outrageous!

I demand a full refund immediately otherwise I will contact my lawyer next to writing more reviews

I ordered an item have still not received, the shop I brought it from are saying it’s been delivered. I have no item and no details of the delivery company that have meant to of delivered it.

I've ordered a jacket on DH Gate. After two weeks, I still see no confirmation mail or any changes in my orders on the website. So I contact the seller. Apparently, my jacket hasn't even been made yet. And it won't be in a long time. I ask for a refund, as I paid a while ago for this (and on the website it said it was in stock). Now the seller only constantly says I need to pick another product, which I don't want. I want my money back as the product I bought doesn't even exist. I tried to contact DH Gate but you can't. Everything you click on for help leads to an error page and their chatbot is useless. Order somewhere else, this website is really not legit.

I purchased a smartwatch through DHgate (Order #35509884722) and was extremely disappointed with the product. The watch has very limited functionality, focusing only on basic fitness options, which is far less than what I expected based on previous smartwatches I’ve owned. Additionally, the device charges inconsistently, making it unreliable.

The customer service experience was equally frustrating. When I attempted to initiate a dispute through the app, the process was unhelpful. Contacting the seller directly didn’t resolve the issue either, as they were unresponsive after initially providing a return address and insisting I cover the shipping costs.

Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I feel let down as a long-time DHgate customer. I would not recommend this product or the seller to others.

Counterfeit crap. I ordered an item that was nothing like what they were advertising. The website is a nightmare to navigate when trying to return something but it didn't really matter in the end. Neither the seller nor DHGate would refund my money unless I returned the product on my dime which was not going to happen as I did not want to throw away even more money on a company I don't trust. I will NEVER do business with this awful company again.

Ordered a coat for my son. It said 15 day delivery. Paid £66. The coat eventually arrived after 6 weeks. The zip was broken and the quality was extremely poor, unwearable. Followed the complaints process and eventually managed to submit video evidence after about a dozen tries. They came back saying they couldn't see anything wrong with the product and have now asked for further evidence. Avoid this company. The quality is dreadful and you won't get a refund from them.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a total con. I purchased some boots that would not even go over my foot. I followed the returns process which is ridiculous and they kept wanting more and more information. Still no resolution and I’m out of pocket. NO NOT USE.

Item did not arrive.
I opened a dispute with DH Gate but was told that courier company had delivered it.
I was given no details for a courier company, and no details about where it was delivered.
The dispute was closed and I have paid for a jacket that I did not receive.
First and last time I will use DH Gate.

I recently purchased some shoes when they came they were totally the wrong shoes I paid £39 pounds agreed with the seller to return them for a refund went to post office cost £27 pounds to return them got a tracking number and receipt goods got to destination they are now saying there is a problem with the return not arriving tracking shows delivered the asked for further proof of posting tracking number and receipts for posting not enough through Royal Mail please don’t buy they don’t refund they just make excuses I gave them everything they asked for proof of posting tracking number postal address which they supplied tracked all the way to address in America but they don’t believe our postal service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!
I purchased a hiking jacket which was supposed to be waterproof with Goretex material. When it arrived it is the most cheapest made piece of rubbish not worth £5 so set about trying to get a refund. The returns page will not let you complete the information and submit it, I tried a dozen times and then decided to come out of my account and try going back in. Now when trying to access my account it blocks all access and says not allowed on this server. This is obviously a deliberate attempt to stop my request for a refund and I’m am now out of pocket for over £40 do not let this happen to you, avoid at all costs!!!

A seller on the platform is illegally using photographs from my grandma’s business, Ann Balon, to sell knock-offs. It is impossible to contact DHGate to ask them to remove this seller because all their support pages return “error 404, not found”. The whole thing is a scam with no one to contact for help.
