Dialpad is great at onboarding
Dialpad is great at onboarding. However if you run into any issue as a customer good luck. I have spent hours online with tech support. If you are unable to answer when they call back (could be anytime) they penalize you and will close your "ticket". I have never been able to resolve multiple issues that we have had with this company. Would not recommend to anyone who might need support at anytime.

Avoid at all cost. Very disappointed with the costumer service
I accidentally upgraded my free trial plan that I signed up to yesterday to a paid plan and reached out to dialpad as soon as it happened and they have not replied to my email that I sent them so I've paid them £28 without using their service at all and they've completely ignored me😕.
I sent them this email📧 👇
"Hi, I'm really sorry but I have accidentally upgraded my free trial plan that I signed up to earlier today to a paid plan. I'm kindly asking for a full refund as this was a complete accident and was confused and overwhelmed by the layout of the website, I'm also requesting this within 3 days of the accidental charge, as per your policy."

I have been an active user for a while now, the layout is user-friendly, many customization options to fit our business needs. The BEST thing is the ability to send/receive messages directly to my line, this cuts down on the extra steps needed previously in order to do that very same thing.

We love using Dialpad for our Company! The flexibility it has to work remotely from anywhere while still being able to take calls is fantastic.
Application absolutely sucks
Application absolutely sucks. Can't get any help. They rely on AI to do everything for them, instead of picking up the phone. You can't login into the accounts, or add new users, with out to support, that don't answer either. Go to a more relieable service that's going to work when you're using them. Otherwise, your business will be on hold, and you'll be finding a new solution to your problems.

The terms were signed, yet the account was never set up. The lack of communication and delays made the whole experience feel unprofessional and frustrating.
For a company offering business communication services, the inability to communicate with new customers is disappointing. Based on this experience, we decided not to proceed.
Unparalleled VOIP service
The Dialpad team has been excellent so far, and the product is fantastic. We're just going live today and we had some questions about porting and automatic greeting messages and Abby from the support team was phenomenal in providing assistance ensuring the system was satisfying our requirements.

My information was found in a data breach from Dialpad. Dialpad did not proactively reach out. When asking their chatbot... It clearly states that if they are not required by law, they won't. That should tell you everything.

The worst experience I've ever had
The worst experience I've ever had. The phone system has no integration with HubSpot unless you do imports which they only allow 500 at a time. They also said I could cancel after the first month but they keep charging me and there has been zero support. My account rep Lovely Bran keeps saying she will fix it but never does.
