Really nice jewellery! Ordered twice from here and I received my packages quickly.

Really poor service and quality. Ordered a sterling silver ring for my sisters birthday. Within 5 months it has become rusty and lost colour. When i raised with the company they made excuses for the poor workmanship and said they dont cover tarnishing or allergies as a fault and had the cheek to ask me for more money to get a replacement.
Real sterling silver does not rust so avoid buying as clearly the items being sold arent what they say they are.

Terrible communication and turn around times.
This is our second time ordering, we gave them benefit of the doubt last time. 48hr delivery on the first order took 6 working days (read the fine print they said when we complained)

This time I ordered 11 days in advance of my wife's birthday, day 12 and still no ring. I did get an email 3 days after ordering to say it was in the post and I was given my 48hr tracked royal mail reference number. As of today (day 12) royal mail have still not received the package from the seller and they have not replied to any of my emails!

Avoid these muppets!

My bracelet broke within a minute of putting it on after very unprofessional communication the finally agreed to replace it if I foot the bill for postage (unfair in my opinion) also this is poor quality items just the same as wish. I wouldn't bother with this low quality and unprofessional company.

First time i ordered from Diamond galore after the offered a nice discount.
Unfortunately my order got lost in the post, however diamond galore handled the situation perfectly, as a customer I couldn’t ask for more! They responded immediately to my messages, and offered me a full refund or the order sent out again. Of course i wanted the beautiful products so they re sent it to me.
The products (bracelet and ring set) is of high quality and looks just as stunning in real as on screen. I would recommend DG to anyone without a doubt!
