Randomly charging for subscriptions with no indication or notification - takes ages to get your stuff if they come at all.

Dreadful experience. Wish I had done more research before buying from them. They are not the reputable business they once were. At least they responded to the email I sent when the item didn't arrive but only to say they were "checking with the courier". I later discovered they had sent me an invalid tracking number (confirmed by Australia Post). My follow ups after that were met with more "we're checking"...

I had to lodge a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Take your business elsewhere. This is not a trustworthy business.

Never received the item that I ordered they are not responding to emails I have been scammed if I could give this zero stars I would.

Misleading advertising showing a very low price with No stock. You order the item DickSmith takes a long time saying your order is on the way. Sending you an email showing that what you have purchased is on the way. By the time it's delivered. You receive a much cheaper version of what you have ordered, not even being notified of what has been sent. Then making it very difficult to get any answers ( Only by email NO PHONE NUMBER) offering you a very small amount of money hopping you will keep the product. Making it almost impossible to return. ACCC please step in.

This company is dodgy! Don't use it! I ordered a product and was charged quite a high delivery fee on top. The money was taken immediately from my credit card then I heard nothing for a week. The day after it was supposed to be dispatched I emailed to find out where it was. I was then told the product was unavailable and a full refund had been made. It hadn't been made. I escalated the next email for a resolution and it was finally refunded. However they had my money for 9-10 days and knew the product was unavailable but did nothing about it until I complained loudly. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be their usual poor service.

Order processed quickly, and item delivered (FREE!) almost overnight. Seems to be what’s advertised, and it works, but I haven’t used it yet.

Dick_Smith failed to deliver my order on time and extended delivery by 19 days. 19 + 6 days later they won't respond or action repeated requests to cancel the order and refund my money. 100% online means there's no direct line of communication.

I found the website easy to navigate, ordering was easy. They had what I was after at a great price. The shipping was extremely fast, I had what I’d ordered within two days and I live in a regional area in another state. Very satisfied.
