Terrible customer service. A part snapped within a month of purchase (still well within warranty). I contacted the specified email address as I had purchased directly and received zero response. AVOID.
I purchased a Didofy buggy in 2023 that…
I purchased a Didofy buggy in 2023 that has twice demonstrated a fault with the brake system. The first time, the buggy was repaired by Didofy and sent back to me.
The second time the buggy was sent back, Didofy called me to discuss the fault and have gone awol since whilst still in possession of my buggy. It was sent back in February and I have not heard anything since. They are not returning emails or accepting my phone calls.
Not only am I out of pocket but I also do not have the buggy to use. Very gutted as I bought it following good reviews that I had seen on made4mums and now massively regretting the purchase due to the appalling aftercare.
Yes the company did agree to review and resolve the issue initially. However, they are now not replying to me or giving me back my goods.
I reiterate what others have said, appalling customer service, do not buy from them. Shame as the principle of this buggy was good!
Terrible aftercare - be very careful
I am frustrated , appalled and so upset by Didofy. I brought the stargazer and initially had problems with the carrycot which took a number of weeks to resolve which was upsetting, now I have an issue with the strap making the pram un-useable and not safe for my baby. I have tried since feb 25 to make contact to try and resolve this issue and nothing not one response back to me and I have tried and tried emailing, Facebook and instagram. I have a pram that cannot be used and warranty that is useless. I am so disappointed and wished that I had never purchased from didofy. What a waste of money. I would advise anyone else to be very careful around the aftercare of the purchase if something goes wrong there is no warranty or customer service. No telephone just email.
Disgusting company
Disgusting company. I ordered in March 2025 just before an international trip - item was faulty, I emailed them straight away and had no response for about 3 weeks (after SEVERAL emails). I send a video and a direct number and no one contacted me. I have constantly been emailing for 5 weeks since March and now they reply with I can't get a refund as 30 days has passed. There has been no communication from them, nothing but they are still posting on social media. AVOID at all costs - losing £200 in this economy is no joke.

I purchased a pram from Didofy at a baby show, and within just two weeks, it broke due to a clear defect. I immediately contacted the company, expecting a resolution—whether a repair, replacement, or refund. However, it has now been five months, and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have completely ignored me, showing zero regard for their customers or their faulty products. This is completely unacceptable, and I strongly warn others to stay away from this company. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, don’t expect them to help you.
I regret buying from Didofy and would never recommend them to anyone.
Terrible consumer care
I bought an Aster 2 buggy and the frame fell apart with minimal use. The company agreed to repair the faulty buggy. That was in December. I have been waiting for a reply from the company for weeks. My emails are not being returned. The consumer care is really unsatisfactory. I would caution fellow consumers against this company.

Do not buy stargazer 2
I bought stargazer 2.
After using it for a month the break pedal broke. They send a replacement. Unfortunately when replacement came the frame was broken.
Then they sent a new one. After using it for 3 weeks the button on the handle for closing the pram was not unclicking - making it very dangerous for baby, as the pram can close with baby being in it. As my baby was able to sit we have taken out the seat rather than carry on using the carry cot. And guess what - the seat was broken, the seat was not going down.
I have asked for a refund they said they can’t refund me my money back. They keep on sending me replacements.
I am so so disappointed with this company. They are not a serious and safe company for babies prams and accessories.
My baby is nearly 4 months and I used the pram for only 2/ 3 months as they had my pram is repair for a whole month.
I really don’t want to have anything to do with this company but no one is listening to me. I have so many videos/ receipts as proof but they are playing around.
I wish I could get my money back and get a better quality pram.
No order, no updates, yet I'm asked to review the product I haven't received
I bought the Aster pram at a Baby and Toddler show when I was pregnant. I love the pram and how small it is, how easy it is to use and it's maneuverability. My little one slept in the carry cot for the first few months and it's still one of my go to prams. In between moving, I lost the bumper bar. I looked online and found that the website did sell it separately. I did look on Amazon to see if I could get it quicker, as I was hoping to use it for a trip to London, but they didn't stock any. So, I bought the bumper bar and the expected delivery on the initial confirmation page showed as 31st May to 3rd May. We are now on the 8th June and still no bumper bar. I have had several emails asking me to review the bar and the company, and an email to confirm that the order was received. I can't find any tracking information or anything to suggest it's progressed further than just being "received".
I tried to find the policy for delivery on the website but there was nothing. I tried to find out how to track an order but couldn't see anything. I looked at how to contact the company and you can only submit a form that comes back with "Thank you for contacting us. We'll be in touch soon". No time frame. I'm waiting to hear from them to figure out where the order is.
They need to add delivery timescales to their website, along with a better contact form that provides more transparency on when to expect a response. An FAQ section on how your order is processed and email updates would greatly improve the experience along with providing peace of mind.
I'm hoping this review will spur them on to get in touch and sort this mess out. If they don't, I'll report it to my bank and hope to god I can get my money back.

Impeccable customer service
I ordered a travel stroller from Didofy website. Unfotunately, I received a faulty item. From the moment I contacted their customer support team, the service I received was impeccable. They promptly apologised for the error and offered to send a replacement which arrived the next day. Collection of the faulty item was done by a 3rd party company they use, but even their communication was clear and efficient. Didofy customer support was quick in their replies to my questions, clear and polite throughout and I corresponded with the same person, which is a nice personal touch in my opinion. I would recommend this company based on their service alone.
Didofy car seat kept my baby safe in crash!
I am so pleased with how my car seat (stargazer I-size) performed. It kept my 3 month old baby completely safe and unharmed in a 40mph car crash. I immediately repurchased the same car seat again (after following official advice to replace the car seat following crash from car seat safety specialists). I will definitely be recommending this seat to friends and family. Thank you for such a great product and keeping my baby safe!

We've just received out StarGazer
We've just received out StarGazer and absolutely love it. Had no problems from order right through to delivery. Love the fact that the fabric is made from recycled bottles, and that the carrycot collapses to fit in the boot of our car. Thanks guys, happy baby + happy parents!

Very disappointed I'm afraid, our pushchair folding mechanism was faulty from the moment we removed it from the box, so we sent it back over a month ago but are still waiting for a refund.
