The delivery was very good. Came when it said and the mattress was in excellent packaging. The mattress itself is very good for my 15 year old son. It is the exact size we ordered. Very happy with the quality and my son loves it. It is memory foam. Support is good for my son who is quite heavy and tall! Would recommend.

Ordered 2 mattresses for my children's bed to be delivered to my new house. Forgot to change delivery address from old house so emailed them. They were very responsive and sympathetic when I needed to delay delivery and rearrange.

Ordered mattresses as a marked special offer and price was reduced accordingly. When mattresses were in basket had ‘bundle’ in brackets but no other reference to what this bundle was on mattress’ webpage it just had ‘special offer’ therefore I presumed the bundle reference was because I was ordering 2. The following day I got an email saying there had been an error on their side and the bundle was if mattress was bought alongside the same brand’s bed. Was offered a refund, to pay full price for mattress or to purchase the bed. I feel the error was theirs and not mine. I had purchased at the advertised price so I was entitled to it at that price. They did not agree and went ahead and refunded me whilst still in discussions. I would not order from them again.

Great communication and totally honest. The carrier lost the order so Cosybunks gave me a full refund straightaway without question. A really professional company. No hesitation in recommending them.

My buying experience with cosybunks was excellent from start to finish. Ordering was easy, delivery was so well organised. I received a call within minutes of trying to alter the delivery slot. Your customer service advisor discussed requirements and she assured me that the driver would wait for me to return from school drop off if I wasn't home in time. Communication was excellent. Minor issues with product (small chip in step rung) and they have ordered appropriate replacements - SO EFFICIENT ! And best of all the Estella high sleeper bed is fantastic - very good quality - proper wood and built to last. My daughter is soooo happy with it. Thank you.

Cosybunks could not have made it easier to choose the right configuration for us and were delightfully professional and friendly throughout the buying process. The bunks were easy to assemble and look good now they are up. Just need to see if they stand the test of time.

Out bunkbed looks amazing. The integrated wardrobe has loads of space too and my boys cant wait to sleep in it. The delivery and build also very smooth - definitely worth paying the extra for the build.

An excellent, high quality attractive trundle day bed, from a great company. Cosy bunks kept me informed of delivery and arranged assembly (highly recommended as it is complicated). All very professional and easy and we're delighted with the product.

Bought a high bed with desk and futon underneath for my granddaughter, she absolutely loves it, it was easy to order, affordable and I was kept informed, it was delivered and built on the day I was given by a really nice guy, he was very polite, professional and he took all packaging away, would definitely recommend.

I had been let down by another company for a gaming bed. My son had saved up and was desperately waiting for it and had planned his first sleepover. I contacted Cosy Bunks and Elliott was amazing. He pulled out all the stops and managed to get me a delivery within 2 weeks. The bed was delivered today around 8am and fitted. The guys were great and the bed looks amazing (small double Trasman Pod) can’t wait for my son to come home from school today and see it. Well done Cosy Bunks!

Great product! My kid hasn't left her room since getting her new cosy bed. She can't wait to start having sleepovers with her friends.
