Loads of calls from numbers that this company sells.
Everytime I get a blocked call it is DWDWW.
My system blocks their calls but the blocked list is all DIDWW numbers.
If you sell landline numbers your only customers are going to be scammers.
Why would you want to buy a phone number when they are free with a contract from an honest supplier like BT.

We believe our pervious appliance cover company shared information with these people.
Calls from this number are about 'your local energy saving representative' or 'Domestic appliance cover'.
Consequently we recieve approx 12 calls a day from this organisation using multiple extension lines and differing numbers. They sometimes never talk when they call, sometimes we get some unpleasant interactions and sometimes the only way to stop the calls during the day is to shout at them down the phone. This has been reported to the police.

These people are low life scammers.. its time they were closed down. reply to DIDWW.. you are running a scam telephone number cold calling and claiming that people have been refused credit and that details of this have been passed to you. Claiming you can restore credit rating. The same number has been used for several other scam operations and is recorded as a scam number online. I have never had credit refused and I have not had a loan or credit for 20 years

there was a call recorded on my answerphone today. It said that suspicious debits had occurred on my account. The caller did not identify where they were calling from. The number given was 01217900754. I looked up the number. It said it is related to DIDWW Ireland. There were no suspicious debits on my accounts. I rang the number. I got a recorded message saying that this number is related to spoof and scam calls.

I give DIDWW a 2/5 review rather than 1/5 because to be fair our company has been a customer for about 13 years and they have managed to at least place the calls to our SIP account.
I would say that they are now substantially more expensive than other providers offering DIDs for the same destinations. You should shop around if you are looking for DID numbers. They are not offering a premium DID service in any sense.
The reason for my 2/5 rating is that the account admin functions simply suck. In 2017 my business partner passed away and the DIDWW account was in his name and with his email.
So 7 years later I still see it is impossible to change the account details. I do not get any email notifications because they insist on sending them to my deceased colleague. I am the only registered user on the account. I have managed to change that previously but that is all. My email is the "contact email." I see from settings that all notifications go to the address of my colleague and there is no way of changing that.
Yesterday and today I have tried to change the log in email and I receive the email to my new account (that is registered as the only user) I verify that email, but nada, it refuses to update.
I did not have enough credit in the account. I did not get the billing email because they send it to the wrong address. The DID was then disabled and they also sent that notice to the wrong address.
Given the frustration with trying to tell DIDWW what the correct email is, then I might as well delete my account now that I no longer have the final number in my account. Obviously the big red "delete" button does not work either. Why would it? It is DIDWW. Admin functions just don't work.
So I sent a message via live chat. They also cannot delete the account, they told me to email customer services.
After 7 years of trying to update account details with this company, I now give up. I have lost the UK DID I had with them. I have established a new UK DID with another supplier. It cost about 20% of the DIDWW price so I had to change the number but I have substantial savings.
I cannot delete the account so I have logged into my colleague's email address and marked all DIDWW messages as spam.
I am at least excited at the prospect of not having to deal with this company again.
Update 23 July 2024.
DIDWW indeed did reach out. They offered to restore my UK DID and offered me 6 months free as a goodwill gesture. As it says in my review, I have already organised an alternative DID with a different supplier. Nowhere in the admin panel did it infer that the UK DID could be restored. As far as I was concerned it had been lost.
I replied to them to tell them to please just delete the account because I already have a new UK DID. So they asked again, and I told them again to please delete the account. 3 days after my review they just confirmed the account is deleted.
