I placed my 1st order with this company at the start of this month , there was an issue with the courier miss placing the order , I called the company to explain this and they could not have Ben anymore helpful.
A new item was dispatched that day and I received it the following day as a was told
All in all a wonderful company to deal.
Customer service was incredible and I will certainly be dealing with them again

You will not be disappointed with the Digga augers. As we always say - just make sure hose connections into the drive unit have not worked loose before you run it up and everything will run like a Swiss watch. But tougher!

Service was great
Service was great, delivered on time etc. I bought a tilting ditch bucket, unfortunately it leaked near the ram, instead of contacting Digbits’s it was faster dealing with it myself. It was a manufacturing fault! Other than that perfect!

Good tool not so good delivery …
Good bit of kit but I ordered online where it said delivery 1-3 working days. Phoned to find out where it was after 4 days but still hadn't been sent was told dispatch next day but didn't receive for further 3 working days. Not a major problem but annoying when you've planned work around it. Change the expected delivery time on your website site to 5-7 working days....easy🤷🏽♂️
