Had problems with broadband reception being unavailable in areas of house. Liaised with their technical department, following advice from Ryan the issues have now been resolved.
Amy ( DF8703) was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable, she was also very understanding of the situation I was phoning about . Thank you Amy, you made the call a pleasure .
Ruby was efficient competent and polite - such a breath of fresh air after waiting about 15 mins to be connected .

Amy was very professional and answered all my questions without hesitation which stopped me worrying,she also has a very friendly and jolly voice which is not very common in this day and age .She was Excellent.
I spoke with Amy Roberts today about a detailed bill that BT switch team are stubbornly requesting from me.
Amy very professionally took all the details and said she would send me a new bill including the required details.
This was a great relief to me as BT T are being awkward about this switch. ( I now wish I hadn't bothered).
Amy went above and beyond to be extra helpful and I am very grateful to her. This was 5 star service at its best.

I have never had such a bad service from any company before. I have never been connected to their service even though I have made numerous calls to them attempting to get the service up and running. I can be on the phone up to 30 minuets before they answer. I called today and was informed that the person from the technical department was on another call and would get back to me as soon as he finished that one, that was over an hour ago. If this is what their service is like, I would recommend anyone look for an ISP to avoid Digital Fibre

You didn't inform sky about the switch over and you took £225,65 from my bank account without explanation, so I have switched back to Sky
not received my new router yet.

not been advised what date they will take first payment from direct debit.
only 2 days left until I switch my services over to digitalfibre so I may cancel as still within my 14 day cooling off period.
Liana was a credit to your company... pleasant and gave clear concise instructions re wi fi hub connection..
Amy handled my call smoothly and efficiently as she always has done in the past. She quicklty grasps the nature of the problem and hands it off to the back office technical team to be dealt with. Company in general seem to be good at problem solving.

My father and I have had issues with our landline since joining digital fibre. I have called several times. Everyone I have spoken to was very friendly and helpful. However Liana has been by far the most customer focused. Liana has done everything she could to rectify our situation. Calling me back when she she said, giving technical advice. Our landline is still not working but I am confident it will be soon.
Every one I spoke to was very pleasant, easy to understand and helpful. Unfortunately I was not able to take up the offer but I shall be keeping your details for future reference and I would recommend you to anyone who was looking to change their broadband etc. The email that was sent to me was very clear and understandable a rare thing these days!
