Expert telecom they phone and give me a deal for £22.50 capped ror life and they lied the first month they took £46.00 then the day after they took £165.00 then the next month they took £40.00 and another £165 when I looked on online banking I was shocked. I got intouch with them and they guaranteed that happen it would never happen again but it did again and again, so ended up cancelling my contract and went with Virgin. They changed their name to Premier plus, now if you decide to to change your WiFi network please be careful. Mr W G MANN. I've just been been reading the reviews about Expert telecom and there is one like me who got robbed,and he even spoke to the manager David who told me the same That It would never happen again but he Lied, im Just worning you, you will get RIPPED

Failings with phone & internet package…

My reference is as on an invoice.
I was originally offered a phone & internet package which was extremely good at £13.98 - too good to be true ? This was to start September 2024.
Well, they initially took over £158.19 from my account for "like for like services with BT" I apparently had. One of these was for call blocking which as I have always had a callers number display on my phone I have never had a need for and queried this and other apparent facilities. Now this money was taken when I was abroad and for which I received no notification of any additional amounts coming from my account, via direct debit, or specifically this sum to them.
In addition they told me that I should not have to pay a cancellation charge to BT but I did, that being a further £76.71. I complained by e-mail about both of these amounts having been paid by me and received a phone call from their customer services. They asked for a copy of the BT account charging me the £76.71 which I had to send to them three times ?
A further call from them assured me that the £187 would be rectified with me not paying more than £5 a month over the coming months. This proved not to be so. I complained by email once more.
This too was dealt with a phone call this time from their customer disputes manager David Ware on the 22 November 2024 who would remedy both situations via my direct debit account. Apparently, the previous £5 rectification had either not been posted or posted late to the account with me having to pay as normal.
Mr Ware told me that he would make amends and I would pay nothing until June / July 2024. I received an email from him to say that he had taken action and the £76 odd would be effected as stated. Alas, this did not mention the £187 but I was prepared to see what happened.
The saga continues with further payments being taken from my account with two different company names being used by them. This , and the previous faults was raised in my email to them of 19 2 2024 and chased a week later. All I have received is an automatic acknowledgement to both and no further contact from them one month later.
Greatly disappointed hardly describes my anguish

Great support and service very accommodating …

Ellie was great when I called assisted me perfectly with my broadband for Sky. Consulted engineers and confirmed it was issue at their end and enabled access. Checked all was working correctly and confirmed yes. Then received a further cal at the end of day from a different lady and now not working with Sky just trying again to fix all again. The other lady said she will call back on Monday. Ellie was most helpful and supportive and was pleased with outcome. I am back at square one again now with my Sky Q and broadband issue.

A little help goes a long way.

I had an issue on my telephone about an unrecognised call. Spoke with Sophie who promised to investigate and get back to me. This she did. We debated in friendly terms about the information found, or rather the lack of it, to help identify the call and because of this, Sophie very kindly agreed that the charge should be removed from my account and she would issue a credit to appear on my next bill. I paid the full value of the queried bill and as promised by Sophie, the credit did appear on my next bill. Thank you.
