Thank you Amy. You have managed to resolve all issues and relieved a lot of stress.
Ryan was a very helpful guy who has helped me to sort out all my problems when I first came over to your company
Sophie was fabulous. She listened, understood the issue and took responsibility for a resolution.
Hi . this is a five star review for Sophie at Digital Fibre she sorted out my problem of me not having my landline working from the time of it going live
I had had the experience of me having to ring several times plus Digital Fibre ringing me .
I have been told that a person would ring me back but I never got the ring back .
I had sent some photos in of the wire up yesterday but was left waiting for a ring back yet again . I rang back again and Sophie answered . She sorted things out within minutes
THANK YOU TO YOU SOPHIE
Ryan solved my problem with my phone line and called back several times to make sure all was well , very polite and helpful, thanks Ryan
I appreciate being able to speak to a person who can help me with a problem.Ruby has done this twice and was so helpful even talking me through the problems with kindness and humour.
I was called one evening & offered fibre @ £39.99pm. I assumed it was BT. I've had no T&Cs to sign. Once I heard from BT that I was leaving them I emailed and phoned Digital Fibre to cancel whatever contract they thought they had with me. Since them I've been hounded for money , this morning, 12/03/25, £598 with threats that if I don't pay my credit record will be compromised. I'm an 83 year old pensioner and have had a stroke. I've called & emailed many times - Ruth even emailed to say we had nothing to pay but the threats keep coming. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Warning! Warning!
Do not agree to sign up with this company. They offered a great deal of £25.99 per month for broadband and a landline for my small business. Assured me there would be nothing I needed to do to transfer the connection from my current provider to them. On the day I was supposed to go live they said they couldn’t retrieve the connection and I should re-instate my contract with my current provider. I now have to wait 20 days without an internet or phone line, due to a new contract being created with my old supplier as my account was closed down. This is now killing my business.
The false promise has put my business at risk!!
Not with digital fibre, keep getting calls, which I have asked them to stop. Advised me that my current provider is charging too much and they could save me money ( that old chestnut!) Didn't know who my current provider is when I asked them! Now received yet another call. Will be reporting to trading standards
I was not completely satisfied with digital fibre. As a matter fact regret changing to them
Broadband is fine. though the router took a while to come. The phone service is diabolical. There is no 1471 or 1571 service
You have to dial.the area code to make a local call.
Digital Fibre- Sales pitch excellent. Decided to switch. 3 weeks of chasing customer service. The whole experience was stressful for my mother of 96.
Waiting for engineer to connect the service, they sent an engineer to fix a FAULT. Customer service never returned calls when requested. BT maybe more expensive but they don’t let you down. We have gone back to BT.
To add insult to injury, they sent an invoice for services never used for £107. We then had to chase Digital Fibre to get this cancelled. The whole experience was exasperating and frustrating. I would never recommend them
My router was a day late and telephone was 23 days late been connected due to no connection cable from Router to phone. No phone calls day after internet connection was on. Told there would be.
These guys are brilliant at misleading your staff members. How they manage to try and take over your broadband without any signatures or actually speaking to the person is charge is beyond me in this day and age.
Be careful as you do then need to follow up and waste more time with these scammers cancelling the service you never signed up to!
Well played Digital but not how you would run a start up!
Reporting to Ofcom also.
As a new customer, no connection, had to chase for 3 weeks. No calls were returned. Then they had the audacity to charge £107 for their service when it wasn’t connected or used. Trying to get this cancelled. Angry doesn’t cover it. Call centre girls very polite, but full of company excuses and buck passing. We are returning to BT as, more expensive but professional
Sophie really went over and above to help us sort out a problem with our elderly neighbour who had accidentally arranged a switchover to Digital Fibre (she thought it was to do with BT digital voice). It was refreshing to be able to speak consistently with the same person. Sophie also reliably called us back at prearranged times. Superb help.
Had an issue with my mums landline not working, it took a few days to resolve the issue so mum was without a phone for quite a while but the service we received from the staff at digital fibre was good.
Very friendly and extremely helpful with my query. Excellent x
Had on-going issues with lack of landline for 10 days+. Had spoken to several Advisors over that time period.
Ella was the first Advisor to explain what the issue was (old provider would not port over old tel #). Ella listened to our frustrations, was sympathetic and was the first person to offer two possible solutions: a) issue new tel # b) obtain written authorisation to request transfer of old tel #.
She emailed the documentation to me within 30mins of our tel conversation to obtain authorisation from old Provider to transfer tel #.
It was first time I actually understood the problem of why issue had not been resolved over such a long time period and had specific solutions. Issue was then resolved, literally within 2 hours of call.
If only this could have been investigated, solutions offered and resolved sooner.
However, bravo Ella. Thank you for resolving.
Phone to checking it was working it wasn't at the time but said he would phone back and the proplem fixed now
Ryan was very helpful and polite in solving my new customer issues, namely the message-answering service , which took a while , and now resolved hopefully Roberta ( Sue) Arthur
