Outstanding customer service from Paul
I had a telephone call, straight after placing an order , with some very useful advice . I consequently amended my order and received my delivery the next day . I cannot fault them as a company - it is rare to find service like this anymore and Will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys are so helpful
These guys are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they even called me out of hours on a bank holiday weekend to answer a question I’d left with them. Way better service than these conglomerates like Howdens. Using Paul and the team at DDH is like chatting to friends, they’re friendly, personal and a pleasure to deal with. A refreshing change in this ever changing world.

Whilst the hinges are well made and look great on the doors, the screws supplied seem to be of inferior quality and easily got chewed up, even using a hand powered screwdriver. Pity!
