I have been communicating with the directors of the company for the last 4/5 months as we received an intimidating letter from HMRC, following a conversation and a robust response back after a period of time HMRC backed down and have actually released a retained payment!
As a business we were on the cusp of liquidation, following the assistance from Director First (Chris) we are looking forward to 2026.

We're in some difficulty as a company. After watching Chris on YouTube, I called Directors First and genuinely am overwhelmed how professional and understanding they have been. First from Chris, he told me exactly how it is, and gave really solid advice and arranged a call with Shaun. Couldn’t ask for anything better as a client. The team were contactable at all hours and at times felt guilty reaching out but they were always available whenever needed. If you’re a director worried about insolvency from one director to another it’s never as bad as it seems and the reassurance the team give does put you at ease they’ll guide you all the way.
