Sean is the most patient and understanding man I've ever come across. He is always on the end of the phone regardless of how manybtimes you asknquestions and he really does put your mind at ease. I cant compliment him enough.

I recently spoke with Chris Warden and had a really great experience. I’d been feeling quite stressed about a debt I owed to HMRC, but Chris took the time to talk things through with me and offered really reassuring, practical advice. He helped me realise the amount wasn’t as serious as I’d built it up to be, and that I should be able to agree reasonable repayment terms with HMRC.

On the back of that conversation, I contacted HMRC and managed to get a repayment plan that’s long enough to make everything manageable. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m genuinely grateful for Chris’s help and would happily recommend the company to others.

Company liabilities made clear , stress down !

My company has some issues that are causing me some concern, HMRC, BBL , stress was starting to take its toll and i decided to contact Chris. A half hour chat and he has clarified things and given me some options that i can implement to make some progress going forward.
I already feel some relief , excellent service,

Honest Advice

When I was first spoke with Chris I knew I had someone on my side that didn’t hide the ugly truth and told me how it was and what my options are. It might not have been what I wanted to hear but it made all the difference that he didn’t hold back anything and the steps I had to make. He was clear and concise and didn’t have any other agenda other than advising me, other people I had spoken with felt like they were selling something rather than just honest advice. I couldn’t recommend Director First enough.

I set up and ran my Company very…

I set up and ran my Company very successfully for 25 yrs, I made millions…3 new partners took over and crashed my firm in 18 months, my family was homeless, we were broke… I was broken
Then I found Chris at director first, he and his team were my lifeline…
When friends just can't be found,
They were like a bridge over troubled water…
I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough, they’re fantastic, really supportive, knowledgeable and human when we faced an inhuman situation. Chris Worden had my back, when the chips are down no one else comes close, highly recommend you call him

Calmness during a very fraught time; efficiency, all calls were on time and communication direct and kind. Available time seemed endless - explanations succinct and helpful. We had a lengthy conversation with…Chris Heal

We had a lengthy conversation with Chris Heal recently, having booked an assessment. Unfortunately, we missed the timed assessment, received an email with Chris's contact details and telephoned to apologise { out of hours } expecting to be told to rebook! What an absolute gentleman he is, actually took the call which lasted almost an hour. I drive a truck, we have our own haulage business operating two articulated vehicles and it can be stressful and lonely. There is only me, and when the pressure hits it can be soul destroying and overwhelming. Chris completely put things into perspective, his knowledge of the situation was immeasurable. He completely changed my outlook at a time when things looked really bleak. His advice made absolute sense and was definitely welcomed. I actually thought out of hours he would actually ask me to rebook!! Cannot thank Director First enough, would definitely recommend to anyone else in a similar situation, please reach out, don't suffer in silence. Chris actually spoke to me later on that evening, having himself spoken to Chris Worden just to reaffirm his already sound advice. This was all about eight o'clock in the evening!! Nothing was too much trouble, and he actually said call me anytime, my phone is always on. Wow, just Wow. What a Guy, what a team. Give them a call for any business advice, insolvency, bankruptcy, they've definitely given me the opportunity to breathe again, and it turns out things weren't as bad as we thought. Keep up the good work Director First.

Great service

I just wanted to take a moment to genuinely thank the directors for their help throughout my insolvency process. They put your mind at rest

I found director first via a google search
Nadina was amazing at putting my mind at rest and gave me free advice about how to go about closing my company, she assured me as my case was relatively simple that I would be able to complete the process on my own. When other companies were wanting a lot of money to complete the process. She guided me through it step by step and answered any other questions I had. although I didn't actually deal with anyone else at director first. Nadina was absolutely amazing I would highly recommend her to anyone! thank you so much 5*
