Excellent service I did price variations with a local company Direct Plastics was £200 cheaper and the most expensive company delivered it thanks Direct Plastics

I would like to thank Direct Plastics and especially Toni from head office and Paul from The Farlington depot. They have been absolutely brilliant and so helpful after we made a mistake with delivery dates. They came to our rescue and re-arranged the delivery within 24hrs. A great company with good products and fair pricing.

Great service,on time delivery

Placed the order online and my mistake not checking delivery date properly. Rang the office to chase delivery to find out it was due 6 days later. Past over to the Bromborough depot and delayed date was due to an item I only put on to get free delivery. Guy in office said he would swap it for an alternative sealant and delivered my order 3 hours later which was perfect and took all the pressure off me delivering a finished job for the client. Good prices and easy to follow website.

Ordered some parts for a customer on 3 day delivery (£10 seemed high but needed them) repeatedly chased after 5 days, then after no reply to emails and calls, got through, told they hadn't been in stock and promised it would be with me next day, 2 days later still no parts, feel I have been severely let down and lied to

In your reply, you say to ask for you without a number, given up trying to talk to anyone, and on your return page, there is no mention of retuning goods?

My experience was excellent from start to finish.
I'd have been very happy with the £10 delivery but in fact I was able to collect from my local GAP for free.
Great service both electronically and over the counter.
I had a look at the 1* reviews and they are all 2021 or before. More recent ones all good.
Looks like a company that listens to it's customers.

Ordered over the weekend, delivered first thing Monday. One item was the wrong colour so emailed customer services. Received a reply straight back saying it would be sorted same day, which it was. Good products, good price and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately had a scuff marked gutter ,called the company to let them know and they arranged for a replacement. That same afternoon we had the replacement delivered and all by 3pm...how is that for service! excellent customer service from direct plastics .would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend to everyone.

Highly recommend Direct Plastics. They recently fitted new windows throughout my house. Very polite and professional and the windows look fantastic.

Delivery was next day which was surprisingly good.
Excellent customer services as some items missing but they sent them next day.
Delivery driver ignored instructions and is probably responsible for the damages to the ends of the products.

Ordered soffit and H centre trim. 2 of the 5m long centre trims were badly marked and unusable. Won’t be ordering any further from this company seeing as they couldn’t care less about the condition of the product.

Update: I was contacted by customer service and offered a replacement, however the job is completed so they then , after my suggestion, refunded me the cost of the damaged centre trim.

Not sure if the damage was caused at direct plastics or the during the delivery but either way the items are for aesthetic purposes so need to arrive in perfect condition.

Everything you want when buying something like this - great pre-purchase advice, easy-to-use website, reasonable prices and delivery even faster than I was promised. Thank you again!
