The courier had a small problem with my address (I live somewhere with no road name or house number ) so the delivery guys rather than discussing the issue with Direct Vacuums, just returned to sender.
But this means I get an opportunity to interact with their customer service, which I found top notch. The issue was sorted in no time and with no fuss.
The refurbished carpet cleaner is working fantastically.
I have no complaints. 10/10.

I've brought a few things over the years, at first new or nearly new but this time and last time the low price of refurbished won. Lakeland laundry dry, I actually wanted cover for dry soon I bought from lake land shop but for not much more money got refurbished with cover newer model. Boxes bit bashed but they have gone into recycling, drying rack and cover all good . I happy and very happy with price.

Came packaged up properly and the hoover is working nicely as if brand new. I’d recommend!

Great service, good price, quick deliveries

The item we ordered arrived earlier than predicted but unfortunately was damaged. I contacted Direct Vacuum’s Customer Service team and was pleasantly surprised that they responded immediately to my email with a proposed solution. I agreed an exchange which they authorised there and then. The replacement item arrived before I had time to return the original. Throughout this process they were outstanding. I am delighted with the replacement, which is extremely good value for money. Well done to all concerned, I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

Service was as described and in fact, the delivery was earlier than expected, which as a pleasant suprise.

It was easy to purchase from the website and the order was delivered quickly.

Deck Iron. Easy to order and refurbished iron looks new bar damaged tip in plate but this does not impede the use.

Order hasnt arrived since 5th July and now it 19th july STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED.
I contacted customer service and was told there was issue with my order it was never shipped. I was told to expect 24-48hours delivery but still hasnt arrived.
