This iron is the 3rd product I have purchased from Direct Vacums. Goods always come well packed & usually delivered in 2/3 days.
The hoover I purchased in 2017 is still going strong.
Would definately recommend this company .

I bought a refurbished Vax vacuum cleaner, latest model, to replace the previous model I'd bought from Direct Vacuums over 10 years ago. Both the old and the new are real value for money. And my new model arrived within 48 hours of purchase.

Great fan, quick delivery

Ordered a Russell Hobbs induction hob and the ordering and delivery were spot-on. Unfortunately the item was damaged on arrival but I messaged customer service and they were straight on it. They immediately sent a replacement and gave clear instructions how to return the damaged item. Would use again purely based on customer service, and item quality and price. If only I knew this website existed before! I have already told two of my friends of this exceptional store to buy electrical goods at excellant prices with a 1 year warranty. Communication is top rated and so is their understanding and response to issues. I faced a little issue with my purchase, however the respose and resolution was out of this world. Thank you Direct vacuums, I will certainly buy again.

My reviews is based on Customer service as I returned product so can't comment. Customer service is quick to respond can't fault it. They do their absolute best to find middle ground if not happy. Hummayah was brilliant in the manner that she replied and no question was too much

Purchased via eBay a vax carpet cleaner was delivered in February 26 unfortunately I have been ill after heart problems and only just had the chance to try this machine brushes didn’t go around so contacted customer support and they sent me a label to send back for repair returned in one week great service highly recommended

We managed to find this tower fan online at direct vacuums just before the next ‘heat wave’ was due. As all local/ countrywide stockist were out of stock we decided to buy this fan on the fly, as OAPs we struggled during the previous hot spell. It arrived quickly and just in time before the temperatures rose again. It has been a godsend to us during this period and we would definitely use this company again. Excellent service.

I am very happy. However, when it come to building the trampoline net, the screws don't fit, not in the middle of the bars or on the top of the net. So I don't know what I'm going to do because it's kind of just holding on for dear life and a suddenly. This isn't the company's fault. It was fast delivery and good communication via emails I've bought from them before for Hoover's in the past and never had any issues. I'm just a bit sad that the parts on the trampoline don't fit exact

For a reconditioned item, it’s perfect and as new. I really find it difficult to spot any problems. Runs perfectly. A very pleasing purchase!
