I want to send messages to people on the website but it keeps saying failed to send message. Really bad experience when you’re trying to make friends. Please fix this

Do not use a VPN on Discord! They will limit your account for 48 hours claiming that someone hacked into your account or stole your token. I've tried to get into my account using a VPN on a public network and my account was limited.

Psychologically severely underdeveloped sick minds are at the forums, specially Discord.

Please hire some good UX designers (or if you have good ones, let them work in peace). This app is going downhill.
Always bugged, doesnt inform when there's a problem with connection (so you keep on talking while the person cant hear), redirects to speaker when the other person starts showing you their video (had my eardrums on blast for quite some times now)

Time to switch to another app -_-

Exactly what the title have said, stop the bad decisions on the platform and improve the goddamn mobile app, it's so laggy, poor performance, and makes my device ultra bloody hot. This is not for older discord versions (about before August 2022) when is all good. Listen here, if you ever wanted to make changes with the UI or anything else like feature additions and whatsoever stuff, then think twice and use your goddamn brain on what others, millions to billions of people using the platform would think. Don't just think people would deal with it easily, some has a hard learning curve, so just THINK or you even hire brainless developers?

They assumed I'm a bot but since I'm nice I gave them 5 stars and I'm completly using a mobile number but still rejected but when it decided to and work I sent the SMS and didn't get it and I have a community in that account they assumed i was a bot because I was adding people to join my server so discord if you are seeing this please take the screen of my account it's hard for me to take care of my server I have all my friends their I could never see them unless it takes the screen off and My discord is domiehomie and I'm not a bot or a hacker spammer Ect I'm not any of those. I recently emailed them today and they couldn't help.😁

moderation is lacking, and takes weeks, ticket system is also failing as they removed the option to make a ticket when there's a serious law being broken, instead they put report options in the app, however this fails dramatically as those reports never make it through and discord has been known to discard reports, it is common sense that mass false reporting a server or person can get them removed, however when there's a real report, no action is taken

I accidentally forgot to cancel my nitro subscription and they won't give me my hard earned money back because it's their terms and conditions. They threatened to permanentally disable my account if I ask for a chargeback on PayPal.

P.S. I asked for a refund under 1 hour of the charge.

.gg/dreamteam is using players image to sell plans, thats illegal under brazilian and european law. they know have been informed. Hope someone can take them down because they are promoting an illegal activity.

Great app, but the support and refund policy is awful. My friend gifted me nitro and it was great, but then I tried to cancel it but for some reason you cant do it in the mobile app so they charged me for service that I didn't want to pay for. And when I made a request on their support page the only reply I got was from bot saying that there is nothing I can do.

I have been trying to delete my Discord Account. I get return messages from Discord Customer Service that lead me in circles on how to do this, but actually get me nowhere. I got several automated replies asking me to rate my experience with their Customer Service before I actually got a reply from a real person. Well, it may have been an autobot... I just don't know. So, if anyone (a real person please) out there in Discord.com land can delete my account for me leave a message with your email link (a real person please), not a link to another useless "follow these steps guideline."

perfect software, but your account will get banned some time anywas.
your favorite server, where you can talk and communicate with people will get removed and you will receive a flag.
if you just joined a server and dont notice the stuff that break the ToS, you will receive a warning which expire in 2 years.
i also showed a picture that didnt have blood, but a little cut wound and the warning expires in 2 years because of that. i texted stuff that i have anger issues and similar to that and i received a warning for that and it expires in 2 years.
and i have active nitro that i bought, but well i guess i can only use my account in the next 2 years because it will get banned. you cannot exist in discord jist because your interests arent butter flies and rainbows.
and also one thing, guess which servers disocrd deletes:
1. a literal server where grown men share porn to minors, shares loli nsfw, even in general where anyone can see
2. a server where people make a group to raid twitch streams etc
3. people where they communicated about politics, military etc where no pornography, pedophilia etc was included
4. frauds, scams
yes, the third one was deleted

I've not even been able to use this service!
I tried setting up an account, was asked to log in after verifying my email address but when I tried I was told my account was disabled for logging in too many times.
I've tried to contact Discord and submitted support requests but it's been over a month and they've still not helped!

I got scammed for €200,00! discord server is: stockers (stockers gg/stockers) they selling robux for cheap! I wanted to buy 120k robux and it was really cheap so i wanted to buy when i made the payment the seller needed more because he needed to pay his suplier back so i gave him €30,00 then i asked him if he already buy my game pass he said the bot did it but the bot never buy my game pass i saw 0 sales on my game pass and there was nothing in my pending so he said to me if u pay me extra €35,00 i can instant deliver your robux and he never did! NEVER BUY AT STOCKERS (i have a lot of proves) All my money is gone sadly…

Unfortunately, whether you report beheading videos or death threats, you will not be able to follow the status of your report. If you contact discord support in search of answers they become unresponsive and close the ticket

Open community and nice moderation. Discord is great. They have a lot of freedom of speech. Different servers allow owners to have more control and freedom over moderation than corporate.
