Pathetic bending over for orange man
Jimmy Kimmel..
Disney started by a pdf now being controlled by one..
I won't be using Disney's services…
I won't be using Disney's services again. This isn't a burst of emotion, a reaction to fashion, or something that a new hit show or tempting discount could undo. I've weighed it carefully and my decision is firm.
Disney built its name on creativity and courage,
yet its recent decision to silence a satirist shows how quickly those ideals can be abandoned. Satire has always existed to prod the powerful- whoever they are-and a company that claims to celebrate imagination should defend that principle, not retreat from it. By choosing timidity over integrity, Disney has signaled that a raised eyebrow is enough to close the curtain. That is not stewardship of culture-it is surrender.
Terrible experience.
WTF DISNEY
As a major provider I find it very upsetting that you would fold to a wannabe DICTATOR! I was just in the process of obtaining your services but you have chosen to bow down to DJTrump and cancelled Jimmy Kimmel!!! WTF is wrong with America…… You are quickly becoming Russia, next stop is North Korea
Far right apologists
Was going to join Disney plus to watch Alien Earth. As big a fan as I am of the Aliens franchise, I cannot give money to a company that sacks Jimmy Kimmel simply because one of his jokes angered the orange Mussolini
Unintelligent tech
The app is completely unintuitive. It's slow to respond, prone to glitches and frequently lags during playback - even with excellent wifi speeds. The content is good but regarding the technology, take a lesson from Netflix and do better.
Repeatedly let down
The app consistently fails to work properly on my Chromebook—both the browser and Android app versions. Despite trying every troubleshooting step imaginable, the issue persists.
What’s worse is the customer service. I’ve contacted them several times, and each time I’ve been promised a callback from a manager. Not once has that happened. It feels like a scripted response designed to pacify rather than resolve. I’ve been patient, polite, and persistent, but the lack of follow-through is unacceptable.
Disney+ is a premium service, and I expect premium support. Instead, I’ve been left chasing empty promises and wasting hours trying to fix something that should just work. Furthermore, I keep getting charged. One advisor even said if I am not happy, I should cancel!!!
If you’re considering subscribing and using it on a Chromebook, be warned—support may not be there when you need it most.

Login process via qr code is full of bugs. Can't believe UX on this app and it comes from that big company.
Bad bad bad bad
Excellent streaming service if you can get a free subscription
I have a free annual subscription to Disney+ (with adverts) via my bank. As I don't pay a subscription, it's great value and I don't feel the need to watch it all the time to get my monies worth!
The platform sometimes has glitches but turning it off and on again normally resolves it.
The selection of shows is pretty good. We enjoy Only Murders In The Building but we're also watching retro shows like X-files. If you can get an offer, this is a great streaming service.
Poor service
Through no fault of my own I am unable to receive the service I have paid for as a premium member, disney refuse to reimburse this difference as I paid annually even though there is more than 6 months left until my renewal. I have been a loyal customer since disney+ commenced and feel very unfairly treated. I will now cancel my subscription and leave disney+.
Double check you device will work with Disney app before paying subscription
Downloaded app and paid subscription.
Will only work on samsung phone if connected to WiFi. Will not work on Samsung tablet .
Shame on Disney they must know of all this issues but don't care only wany your hard earned cash. A decent company would offer customers a refund when that can access a service they have paid for .
Happy
I personally had a good experience with customer service unlike the other reviews. I accidentally subscribed for a year and was charged. I spoke to customer service and they immediately refunded me and had great customer service.
For the last 3 days
For the last 3 days, I haven't been able to get on the website. Today, I was redirected by the website to another site called Expert Squad. Disney charge £1.00, which they will refund you for using this site. So I thought it must be legit, so my payment method to Disney is PayPal. Paid my £1.00 and then realised it wasn't Disney I was chatting with now, but this Expert Squad. So, a bit confused, I told this customer service chat lady I hadn't been able to get on the site for several days. She said Disney will email me, so I open my email only to discover that yes Disney have taken a payment of £1.00 but another email from this Expert Squad had taken £35.00 from my PayPal account. With this, I ask the lady what's going on, I never saw any documentation or agreement of any subscription. And I told her I'm going through PayPal resolution centre, as far as I was concerned, I was paying £1.00 for help and advice, which was refundable. She apologised and said I would have a full refund in 5/6 days. Before I saw this email, she had said it was a website fault, so therefore was unable to assist me. I am disgusted with Disney+, and I will be ringing them tomorrow and will be cancelling my subscription. I will never use them again. So Disney customers, just be aware. Luckily, I took photos of the conversation as well. But I'm still appalled
The Disney app on Apple 4K TV is dire
The Disney app on Apple 4K TV is dire. It suffers from frequent issues that take months to resolve. Currently it does not match frame rate or dynamic range, so no Dolby Vision. Customer support just give different stories: we’re working on it, to know nothing about it.
Too difficult to stay logged in at…
Too difficult to stay logged in at different household devices. Too frustrating always asking to scan qr codes, go to browser, do whatever step from a device “it” remembers and then sends you an email. If the email holder sleeps you can’t watch anything. As if they’re holding state secrets, for gods sake! Annoyed.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, app never works, immature and unprofessional customer service who clearly don't know what they're doing. App constantly throwing errors every single day. This app is just unusable on laptop and TV. Silly customer service are rude and just can't be bothered.
It's terrible customer service like this is why piracy is making a comeback.
Disappointment overall
Terrible video quality on browsers and mediocre selection of shows and movies
Wouldn’t get it again
Wouldn’t get it again. I was charged for two months and it would never play on my tv. It kept freezing regardless everything I tried.
Login process crap
Took me 2 hours to get a tv logged in last night, and 3 hours still can't get main Android tv connected. Software is crap
