The problem was smoothly solved

I had a damage in the plate/picture that I recieved. I sent pictures of the problem and few days later I recieved a new one. I am very satisfied of how smooth this problem was solved. Thank you.

I'm starting to have a loooot of Displates now, and I really love them so much (and my walls say thank you).
I had just one problem once, a Displate arrived at home bent. I made some photos and wrote to customer service. They answered almost immediately and sent me a new one!

It’s very reliable with zero problems with it, but price is little high, especially if you don’t have any discount code or use any discount offers. Quality is 9,7/10, Reliable is 9,9/10 and the Price is 7,6/10 and with -25% or more the Price is minimum 8,8/10. Overall is 9,0/10

My displate came with a dent in it

My displate came with a dent in it, so I messaged customer service about it. They were great in replacing it and quick to responding back to me. The quality of the displate looks great, very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Shipping company damaged product, support fixed the issue

My order arrived last week bent/creased, at the fault of the shipping company, not the seller. Their support promptly replaced my order and I just received the replacement today. Excellent customer support.

My displate order didn't get delivered and the support team responded fast!

My displate order didn't get delivered to me. I contacted the support team at displate and I got a reply within 2-3 days. They already had my order number and all my information on hand and were quick to send me a replacement after they confirmed the shipping company could not locate my order. They communicated with me every step of the way! Great service and happy to know that I'm in good hands as I've ordered before and plan to order again.
