The delivery in itself wasn't handled well at all, but that is more on Fedex's side.
Otherwise, as soon as I sent you a mail about the handling of the delivery the situation got unstuck, which at least was really satisfying.

Shipping error and cx service
I made an error with my shipping info that made the order unviable. Instead of waiting for the item to ship and ultimately fail to arrive, their team emailed me promptly, put a stop on the order, and had already begun the process of refunding without me having to say or see something. The left guidance on how to order it proper and I was able to go back and fill a new order. 10 of 10, am definitely going to buy again.
