Awesome customer service

I ordered a plate as gift for a friend of mine. Delivery went great and it arrived the date it should. Unfortunately it got damaged during shipping but the customer service could help me in an acceptable way.
I’m looking forward to my next order.

Do not buy from Displate if in Canada

Paid for shipping and handling for a medium displate only for their shipper DHL to charge an extra 30$ USD for import duty. Not advertised price to ship to Canada.

Edit: customer service promptly reached out and are extremely friendly. I would very much still be aware that extra fees will apply, but hopefully Displate will adjust the font and placement or offer a warning for such fees in the future.

I forgot a discount code when ordering…

I forgot a discount code when ordering and did not realise untill the order was already shipped. The customer support (in this case Ewelina) Helped me through the entire process of refund and reordering and couldt have made it any easier. When i finaly got the product it was just what i wanted and really forgiving to assemble. 5 stars from me all the way!

Replacements for damaged poster.

Yep poster came in hurt from travel, small dent they gave me a replacement thankfully. now I can put the dented one into my bathroom, yay! I am grateful.

Great Quality and Support

Ordered two displates, both arrived quickly but ended up being the wrong order. A short chat to the customer service team with some photos they've quickly organised the correct one to be sent out to me.

Doesn’t ship to Hungary

Doesn’t ship to Hungary, and they tell you that only after you have spent hours uploading a picture, putting it in an ai upscaler, etc.

I already wrote a review which magically disappeared.

I am only giving a 2 star this time because they responded pretty fast.
Too bad they are lying when they tell people they are considering accepting Hungary even thought there are posts from years ago where hungarians complain about the same thing.

EVERY OTHER COUNTRY is available around Hungary.

Damaged delivery

When the item arrived damaged in the post the issue was quickly resolved and a replacement sent so my grandson received his birthday present'
If the cardboard insert in the box had been a little thicker the item would probably neer have been damaged.

Great support and even better products

The customer support is excellent and very helpful. I’m also really happy with the plates—I went with the matte finish and the quality is top-notch. They look amazing on the wall without any glare. I will definitely be ordering more for my collection!

The painting was a bit pricey, especially since it was my first time trying this service, but the quality is top-notch. Great company.
I’ll recommend them—I’ve already told my friends and family about them. I’ll be placing more orders.
