From bad to worst

Displate give you the feeling your shopping in your country. It's all over, marketing for this it insane. Once you get sucked in to buy one the bad experience begins. The custumer service is horrible, 2-3 days in Quewed before you recieve your first usless reply from them. When you reach out again, because of the missunderstanding, again back in line for 3 days. The outcome is never in your favor but rather, pointing blame at you miss read the fine print or it's the shipping carrier fault. My cost was 150$ "That's double the price advertized" Small size Textra is 75$. But it's unusable, because it's bent 10Degee on one end. Since they are so slow and unwilling to help, I have to fight these charge with my credit card. I expect they have more tricks to avoid refunding costumer, even if you contest the charge... Fine Prints!!!

Regarding the ads you mentioned, these are displayed based on cookies and browsing behaviour. If you prefer not to see them, you can remove cookies in your browser settings. Additionally, most platforms allow you to click on an ad and choose the option not to see similar ads again.

We sincerely apologize for the waiting time you experienced. Our team works hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible, but response times can vary depending on the number of inquiries we receive. For simple questions, our Bot can help instantly. And if a poster arrives damaged, we always encourage customers to send photos of both the box and the damaged Displate. In such cases, we arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

When it comes to delivery issues, we also do our best to support our customers by contacting the carrier on their behalf. We never want anyone to feel blamed or unsupported.

Pleasure doing business.

I've purchased several Displate images over the years as gifts & my family love them. Once there was a damaged item but support staff immediately shipped out a replacement. A very positive experience from ordering to quick dispatch & great support if needed. I highly recommend Displate whether choosing a print of theirs or using one of your own.

First time buying from displate, the displate is amazing quality. Though the displate itself arrived curved, after contacting support i got a replacement one in a matter of only a few days. Great support and user experience.

My order arrived promptly but sadly…

My order arrived promptly but sadly damaged. This was clearly a transporting issue and nothing to do with the company. My artwork was replaced without any fuss and the staff were very helpful when dealing with the damage query. I would recommend this company for its unique artwork and excellent customer service and care.

Excellent customer service despite the complaint

Although the item we ordered wasn’t quite what we had imagined or what was described (a 3D relief map should allow you to “feel” the relief), the customer service afterward was truly excellent.
The responses were always a bit slow to come, but they did come, and our problem was resolved quickly and very effectively.
Thank you very much for that. Unfortunately, this level of service is rather rare among service providers in Germany.

Another great experience with Displates.

I love Displates

I love Displates - just great designs and high quality plates that are so easy to change. We have 12 set up around the house and we can swap them to themes that we just "feel like displaying" such as Halloween, Christmas, even hilarious toilet plates - movies, games, its all here.
