Worst experience ever
I prdered 2 pairs, they were supposed to get delivered within 7 days and had to wait more than 1 month and a half and one pf the 2 pairs was wrong… very desorganized.
Then I tried to submit the same order but was denied so I did 3 times and then they charged 3 times, I wrote and got back my money, but for the refund, they just refunded part of the order and not all the order.
Get away from them! Very disappointed.

Don't mind all the negative reviews. This website is legit. I bought a pair of Nike Daybreak Pagoda on Monday 13th of December and they arrived on the 23rd. That's ok bearing in mind they travelled from Poland to Ireland during the Christmas rush. There was good communication and the product was a lot cheaper on this site than others (€32 vs €100). The runners are rare, nice and fit well. My only gripe is there is no Paypal option for payment.

The worst experience of my life. I paid more in order to have express delivery but shoes arrived late. In addition, the number was wrong and despite that I should pay the return cost. Customer service doesn’t exist. Unacceptable.

Very poor organization of delivery of goods, no refunds, do not go to contact and do not answer by phone or email. I sent 10 letters, but there was no answer. I ordered sneakers on 11/19/2021 and did not receive anything until 12/16/2021. I do not recommend it.

Bought a pair of shoes during Black Friday! Nothing to complain about, i had a tracking number, customer service replied just in few hours.(There were shipping delays but due to Black Friday!)

Please do not order from this site, I ordered 2 pairs of trainers and paid for them almost 3 weeks ago, they were never shipped, really poor communication, really bad service, and then they go and cancel the order, I should have listened to the advice on this site, because its exactly what happened.

I was worried, when saw quite some negative reviews, but all went super smooth. Ordered 3 pair of nikes around 25 Nov and received them on 3 Dec. All pairs a genuine ( i ordered same version for my brother earlier from swedish nike site and they are identical). To say that I am happy with purchasing is to say nothing, since I got 50% discount and saved quite a lot of money! Don't hesitate to track you order ( and any other orders) in After ship mobile application, so you can be confident it is shipped.Based on my experience I can recommend the site as trustworthy.

Great website and products. Got a pair of Tommy H trainers and Dr Marten sandles and they’re both perfect. Took about 20 days to ship to Ireland but couldn’t fault them. Thanks!

I have ordered and paid a pair of Adidas Nite Jogger. After 30 days the order hasn’t been delivered. Nobody is answering at email and I can’t get my money back.

Distance EU is very terrible online shop.
I have had order 1 pair sneaker New Balance. The order was successful and they deduced my money from my credit card. Suddenly, 3 days later, I received an e.mail from their website that my order was cancelled. The reason for the cancellation was technical problems related to server overload, and the model I have ordered was not available in the stock. They promised that my money would be returned to my bank account in 2 or 3 working days. But Until now, 10 days is over but I have received nothing from them. I tried to call them but no one answered me, I e.mailed them few times also but no one answered my e.mails.
Really really bad service from this website.
I would never buy any stuffs from this website again.
I have paid money for nothing.

I ordered some sneakers that never came.
They told me they were lost. When i emailed the Distance's staff, they repplied they needed to wait DHL response, in order to refund me. 2 month passed. My gilfriend had no birthday gift because of them. They never answered, they never gave news. Don't buy in this website, they attract clients with cheap prices but the products are always lost. Everyone says the same. My package never actually left Poland, supposedly ''lost''.
They also try to disuade people from going to the bank asking for refund because they know there's a maximum refund period, and consequently, you can't do anything and lose the money and the product.
I am writing this in order to inform you but also to get my money back.
No wonder you have this score on Trustpilot...

I've placed an order, not getting any update and when I try to contact them via email/phone nobody is answering.

I’m ordered a pair of stan smith with the value of 54 euro and i did not received any receipt and there is no order placed on the website.
I’m sending mail to the customer service to know where is my order and if it will never arrive , but they did not answer me yet.
I think i’m going to lose my 54 euro for an articules that maybe will never arrive.

Won't answer no phone calls or emails. Ordered 3 pairs of Nike's. 2 pairs of 270 men's and a woman's pair of 2090. Did end up getting the woman's pair and they are perfect. Got a refund on the other pairs because they was an error on their behalf. They was not in stock but charged me. They won't answer the phone or reply to me in email. Just one time out of 15 emails I sent, to let me know they are refunding me.

I placed an order for some Doc Martens, then had to cancel this order on the same day as they were the incorrect model. All email communications were answered very promptly cancellation of my order was carried out immediately and refund made immediately. Cannot fault the customer service, shame i cannot comment on products.

Very pleased with the purchase I have made. I was a bit worried after seeing all the bad reviews, but the pair of shoes I was looking for was only available on their website, so I took the risk.
The only “issue” would be the tag, which was not attached to the shoes, but in the box, next to them. It looked as it was ripped off.

is a ghost company. no one answers the phone after collecting the money and does not deliver anything. report to the police. Ramona Olteanu.

This is a complete fraud, they write that they have not received my money but the card has been charged and no one answer to email and the phone number is fake. Have to go to the police now and it's going to be a long way to have money back, if it will ever happen.
