I ordered a wonderful blouse but for 50€, I have to tell that I am really disapointed. The quality is not here. The fabric is thiner than I expected, the sleeves are longer than it seemed on pictures and as I was putting on carefully, two buttons popped off! Still a beautiful piece to have in my closet but sorry, it's not worth the price.

My order was missing an item and I haven’t not been able to get in touch with anyone from customer support. So upsetting.

Item arrived quickly but was poorly packed, shoved into a plastic bag so all creased and wrinkled. Also extremely poor quality for the price. Bought it as a gift for my daughter, but almost ashamed to give it to her. Won't be buying from this company again.

This moody floral print on corduroy hits the perfect creepy/cozy note but sadly feels like corrugated cardboard, even after a wash and dry. conflicting reviews left me willing to roll the dice. The sizing for US14 was right on the money, tho - 14s were just right on my 173 lb mid- section. I’m petite and short-waisted so I think they’d be perfect on a 5”5’ to 5’7” height person.

I still haven’t received my money from the items I sent back.

I placed an order with Disturbia on August 29th (E296909) and, almost a month later, I still haven’t received it.

The shipment was sent via FedEx and the tracking eventually showed “Returned to Sender.” I have contacted Disturbia several times by email and social media, but instead of receiving a solution, I have been repeatedly asked to provide my address again. I have now provided the same address four times.

I paid for shipping with an estimated delivery time of 4–6 business days. Almost a month later, I still have no package and no clear explanation of what has happened.

I genuinely like the brand and was excited about my first order, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The customer service and handling of this delivery have been extremely frustrating.

If I don’t receive my package this week, I will be requesting a full refund.
