I'm very happy with the mask!

I'm very happy with the mask and the process was quite straight forward. I did manage to confuse the online form at the point of ordering. But an email to the company clarifying my request was swiftly acted on and included in the order. The deep and wide lenses make close-up work much more comfortable.

My new mask is excellent, with the franklin split I can now see all the small stuff I've been missing recently!! Dive Sight we're very helpful on the phone, and I have already recommended them to friends.

Great mask!

Mask is great. Used it for a 2 week holiday in the North of Scotland and it was so good to have both the distance and close up lenses. Close up lens could have been a bit stronger but am very pleased with the difference it makes to my diving….so much better when I can see the jewel anemones properly now…from a distance and close up! Communication with the company was a little slow at times but I am very happy with the final result!

Sent my own mask in for readers and…

Sent my own mask in for readers and within 8 days I got it back. I had marked where I wanted the height of the lenses as a previous mask had cut through my long distance vision and this one has come back perfect. Had a go in the pool with it and I’m over the moon. Will definitely order a second mask next time I have an eye test and a new prescription done at the opticians.

It might take weeks - and don’t imagine there is any customer service

Same experience as others- bought a mask with no prescription lens to fit. It was just a case of reaching for it on the shelf, packaging it and posting. Two weeks later I have called and left a message and emailed. No response at all. Was texted yesterday that courier was delivering their strap line - ‘Delivered Exactly’. Waited in all day, no delivery. I think there are mice in my garden that could run a better company. Having said this, I can cheer myself up watching the pointless ‘let us show you the journey your mask is taking’ when I know that I could have crawled to Scubaprovmyself and got my mask by now

I ordered a new prescription mask @…

After sales communication was non existent, pre order and payment no problem.
I ordered a new prescription mask @ £365
I received someone else’s prescription mask so had to return it, when my mask arrived it was the wrong colour and the wrong mask ( the cheapest of the 2 Big eye masks ) which doesn’t fit as well as the one that I ordered, when I complained through an email, I was asked to confirm the problem although the request mentioned everything I had complained about ( emailed the same as I already had as it was very clear, wrong mask, wrong colour).
5 more emails over the next month and no response.
Phoned and was told that if I wasn’t happy to send it back when they had the correct mask in stock.
No apology, no concern that I had once again been given the wrong order and no consideration to the fact that it was the beginning of the season and I would need it every week.
At the moment I’m using this one until they have the correct mask in stock and I have 2 weeks without diving.
I have waited since March to leave my feed back in the hope that I could have left a better review, but due to the lack of after sale service here it is.
Not the service that I was expecting.

Great service and results

Quick turnaround on fitting the Franklin split lenses to my own mask. The difference is amazing. Had previously tried contact lenses with reading inserts in the mask, and then varifocal contacts. Neither of these gave great results. With my new mask I have great distance vision and perfect clarity for my computer and gauges.

Great!

Placed an order on 14th April and my mask arrived on 22nd May, so be realistic with your time expectations people, all good things come to those who wait! A Quality job and much better that my previous custom prescription mask. If I could give Six Stars I would. [Scubapro Synergy Twin, Franklin Split, lots of Astigmatism too].

This is the worst customer service…

This is the worst customer service experience I ever had.
Before I place my order they answer emails within a second even during bank holiday, after I have placed the order and completed the payment no replies to emails no one pickup the phone and they completely ghosted 17days now from the date I placed my order and no replies to any of my emails or phone calls.

Life changer.

My eyesight, it’s not too bad, but bad enough to not be able to see things to clearly underwater. As an avid diver, I thought that I would be missing out on so much underwater, because my eyesight is not good. So I ordered a prescription mask from this company. The process is very easy and the product is perfect. I took the dive mask to my bucket list holiday in Brazil and I’m so happy that I did not miss out on anything under water.

For years I had been told that because…

For years I had been told that because of my prescription (very high including stigmatism in both eyes) it was impossible. Just happened across Dive sight and sent an email, together with my presciption, and expected a sorry cannot do reply. Amazed when Liam wrote he could do it. Just returned from the holiday they were bought for and they are fabulous. No misting and fantastic fit. Far better than I had hoped for. Will be back on again soon for a pair for my wife.

A life saver

I had ordered a new prescription was through my optician only to be let down 10 days before a 2 month dive trip. I had seen Dive Sight's adverts so I E mail Liam that Friday evening and to my surprise, received a reply which turned into a telephone conversation where Liam said that if I could get him my prescription on Monday, he could have the optics ready for Wednesday and if I could bring my mask to him he would measure me and fit the optics whilst I waited. This I did and went on my holiday. My hobby is underwater macro photography. I have just returned after 100 dives and I would like to thank Liam for making this possible
