Great customer service
Ordered franklin split mask 28 nov received 28 December, with Liam from dive sight going in over the holiday period while closed to get the mask to me in time for dive trip. Five star customer service with very good response time to email information requests.
2nd time I have used dive sight and will happily recommend and use again.

Please read the one star reviews. I wish I had. Ordered mask that didn't need a prescription about six weeks before my holiday. Never arrived and communication non-existent despite repeated chasing up. Took me months to get refund. Possibly the worst customer service I've come across. Hugely frustrating.

This is my second prescription mask from Dive Sight and again it’s great. So nice to be able to read my gauges and watch.
A little late, false promises but so far look goodent in 2 masks for prescription…
Sent in 2 masks for prescription reading lenses to be added.
Chased up the order after the 1 month delivery time to be advised they would be shipped next day. Never arrived so rang again and again promised next day despatch. Had to ring a third time, threatened I would be contacting my credit card company for a refund. They were despatched same day and arrived today. They look good but won't be tried in anger until January.
Franklin Split Lens Vision for Diving Masks
I first used DiveSight some three years ago. I enjoy underwater photography and have both long and short sight. Opting for a Franklin split lens gave me excellent close vision for manipulating all the buttons on the camera and middle and long distance for general vision. I recently had two cataract operations requiring completely different prescriptions and once again the new bonded mask lenses performed extremely well. Communicating with DiveSight is easy and owing to an unusual prescription I got an immediate call to check that it was in fact correct. DiveSight provide an excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending them
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs and do not use under any circumstances - total scam. Ordered mask more than 4 weeks ago with no prescription as it was the first link in Google with mask shown as in stock. Have not heard anything at all apart from irrelevant emails with the video on how lenses would be fit - very useful when you ordered normal mask. Tried to contact on multiple occasions and received no response whatsoever, currently raised a dispute via credit card provider as seems to be only one way to get money back.
Super service
Super service. I have really struggled with reading watch and CCR controller under water in recent years so needed a fix. I found dive site and ordered a mask. I needed a low profile frameless mask in black of course so I could see the HUD on my rebreather. They had just what I needed and the mask arrived in less than two weeks and is perfect. I can see the displays perfectly again and the optical clarity is perfect. I can highly recommend the quality and the step by step communication.
Good delivery changed my opinion
To be clear I imitally wrote a poor review and have deleted that as unfair having received the product within the 4wks defined for delivery.
The product ive now recieved is very good and excellent field of view. Can't fault it. I would suggest if you have high prescription go for thinner lenses as offered.
Communication email, telephone has been my greatest stress issue. And prevents me from giving a 5
Blurry lenses
Not overly impressed with the lenses. Used to dive with my contact lenses, but thought I'd try fitted lenses in my mask. I have astigmatism, and the first set of lenses were terrible. The outer 1/3 of the field of vision on both sides was blurry, which made the mask unusable. Despite sending it back to have the lenses refitted, the result is still not 100 %. The lenses don't go all the way to the full width of the mask, and the outside edges are still blurry. My normal reading glasses don't have this issue, so why can't these be the same. For the money I have spent, I am not impressed.

As my prescription has changed over the years - My only solution was a new mask from Dive Site.
The ordering process was easy - Liam kept me updated throughout - My new mask arrived on time & was very well packed.
Made two dives since with no issues - They are the perfect solution to clear vision - Thank you Liam.
The perfect mask
The perfect mask. This was to replace my 15 year old mask with a new prescription mask. The ordering process was really easy to do. The company kept me informed throughout so I knew when to expect my my mask. It was delivered well packaged to ensure no damage in transit.
The really good news is I can actually see everything now when diving.
Poor product and service
Waited over a month for some prescription lenses to be added to an existing mask. Very over priced and slow delivery. The lenses don't even fit the profile of the frame properly and can even see some of the bond off to the side there's that much of a gap between them and the frame. Looks amateurish compared to what I've had from other companies. The lenses themselves don't work and gave me a headache after wearing for about 30 seconds making me feel dizzy. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend. I've wasted nearly £200 and ruined a decent mask having them applied.

I have purchased several masks from Dive Sight
I have purchased several masks from Dive Sight, communication is always difficult and generally you have to get really creative to get a response. To be fair my mask has been fine but then I only dive one or two weeks a year. My son's masks of which we have now had four or five have all delaminated. I have discussed this with Liam Ward and he said he'd try different glue but the last mask which was a brand new Xdeep with the expensive lens option started to come away from the mask after one week of diving. My Son is a professional Technical Dive instructor so dives every day at least twice a day. The last two masks before this the lenses fell out completely and he lost two from one and managed to retain the other two so Dive Sight re-attached them but they look rubbish. Evidently this is because the coating on the mask has worn off.
Anyway as soon as the lenses on the new mask started coming off I emailed Liam and sent him photos, I have chasing him three times and no response. If there was anyone else doing prescription masks in the UK I would have stopped using Dive Sight a long time ago.

I ordered a Split Lens mask and it arrived on time. A couple of months have passed, and I have eventually used it to dive, and it did exactly what it said on the tin - I can read my dive computer at close range and see at a distance. I am very pleased.
If there was only one very slight negative, you really do need to clean the mask a few times to prevent it fogging, despite what the instructions indicate that it has been cleaned thoroughly after manufacture (I don't dispute this). My first dive was spent continually cleaning the fog away, but lesson learned and subsequent to that and a load of baby lotion applied to the mask with some thorough cleaning, it was fine after that.
Would recommend.
Franklin Split lenses-Order#2334 (27/4/2023)
I ordered Franklin Split Lenses for a Black TUSA Paragon Mask on 27th April 2023 from Dive Sight and received 10% discount.-I sent an updated/new prescription(with P.D. Measurement ) to Liam Ward on April 30th 2023.-Dive Sight successfully completed this First Order( #2334) within four weeks and I received the Mask back on Wed 31st May 2023.-Upon inspection I observed that the lenses were symmetrical/equal sized and that a nice neat job had been done and also that the lenses were completely clear with no Marks or glue bubbles showing/evident.-I am pleased with this First order-(#2334) and recommend Dive Sight to anyone.-Thankyou to Liam Ward for successfully completing the Job so quickly.

Ordered my dual lense mask for my next diving holiday. Sent in my mask, kept up to date with order status and mask sent back in around 2 and a bit weeks. Amazing quality lenses. Not dived with yet so can't comment but wearing around the house and looking down the garden it really does the job. Can't wait to see better underwater! Highly recommend this service and company! Emailed them to make sure my mask would be delivered to me befor I went on holiday Liam said yes definitely so went ahead and ordered kept emailing them as holiday date got nearer no response emailed the day I went was told they would send it to me at my holiday destination (Jamaica) would take two or three days no show if mask came up with some story about they couldn’t find the address and delivered it to a neighbour 🤬that being said the mask is really good but after they have your money really hard to contact take countless emails what’s app messages before you get an answer
