Awful experience
Awful experience. Website said 1 hour, pick up from store. Ordered it and then i noticed on my online account it changed to available next day. The next day came and i heard nothing so i went to the store. They told me they only get a delivery on a Wednesday (this was Saturday) so 1 hour turned into 5 days. The Wednesday came and still no communication. I contacted them by email to be told it was going to be another week. No apology or anything to make this right. Don't bother. Order off Amazon and get it delivered same day. No wonder the highstreet is dead.

Yet again, delayed delivery
Customer service team are really nice and helpful but I have placed 2 orders with DJI now and both haven’t arrived when supposed to. Because a signature is required on Delivery, I have to make plans to be at home so when it doesn’t arrive, it’s a big problem.

Purchasing my first drone from this store was incredibly easy. It gave me peace of mind knowing I was buying from a legitimate DJI retailer. They provide all the aftercare and support needed for a beginner, which was exactly what I looked for. To top it off, they offered the best deal online.
