I will never order from here again

I will never order from here again , they are with holding my refund aswell as many others on here, they delete all comments on posts regarding refunds , ive sent 12 emails , messages on social media also and theyve only replied to one with an automated email saying a refund will be given in 3-5 days - its been months !!! NEVER AGAIN , AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

Terrible returns process

Terrible returns process. Acknowledged receipt of returns 19th September (over £200) and still no refund. Anytime you email just fobbed off with automated responses. Wish I had read reviews first as I see many more are in the same boat. I actually liked the clothes but this has put me off. I will not be buying again.

If only I could give ZERO stars!!

Still waiting on a refund from months ago, no true correspondence. Just automated emails stating they are so busy with orders.

How about sorting out existing customers and their refunds before you go adding any more orders to your list.

Deleting any trace of unhappy custom from you social media.

You should be ashamed!

I ordered on the 10th of September and…

I ordered on the 10th of September and sent my returns back promptly after, it’s now the 1st of November. Still no sign of my return. I paid via clearpay and have had over £150 continue to be taken off me as they didn’t process my return which has now left me over my credit limit with my credit card which I’ve been charged for and now it’s effected my credit file. I’m sorry but 7 weeks is a ridiculous time to process a return!!!
AVOID unless ur prepared to wait weeks with little to no correspondence!!

DONT ORDER.
Been waiting a month for a refund. No reply via email, Instagram nor Facebook. It’s a shambles. I’ve reported to trading standards. Just so frustrating that companies get away with doing this to people.

Contact citizens advice if you’ve failed to receive your refund

Returned a parcel worth £300 in August. Been fobbed off and now the are no longer replying.

I would advise everyone complaining to fill in a form with citizens advice as they can then raise it with Trading Standards- the more people who do this the sooner this sham of a company will be dealt with. Hopefully this will avoid others being scammed.

Returned items that weren’t suitable totally to aprx £189
They received my return in the 5th August 24

I still haven’t received my refund

After several attempts of trying to contact to find out where my refund is I am now being ignored.

Very disappointed and upsetting I can’t get in touch with the company any other way than email

Did anyone else who has had difficulties eventually receive their refunds ?

8 weeks and still no refund

I returned an order 6/9/24, 8 weeks later, still no refund, and credit card interest charged as a result. I will not be ordering from DLSB in future, it's not worth the hassle.

AVOID!!

As others have said, BEWARE if you order multiple items / sizes. I had an order arrive in August 2024. I returned on 2nd september, then the return was received on 6th september, it's now 31st october and NOTHING.

They owe me nearly £200. I ordered 2 dresses in multiple sizes. I have had to pay interest on my credit card when i was going to pay it all off in full. Will not use ever again. Such a shame as some of their clothes are quite nice / different. They need to sort this out and quick.

They received my return on the 9…

They received my return on the 9 September and still have not paid me. All negative posts on social media are deleted. I don't believe it is down to being short staffed I think it could potentially be a cash flow probably and we are not going to receive our money. Why heavily push sales if your warehouse cannot cope.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering, Returned an order which was received on the 27th September. Sent an email 4 weeks later asking when I would get my money back. I got an automate reply saying they were work on refunds from the 27th August at that time!!! emailed again to say how disappointed I was in the service and got a reply 5 days later saying they would manually apply the refund, when I looked she had refunded a second order I dad sent back that week but not the original one, emailed again to explain and still not heard a thing back and that was over a week ago, have also reached out on Instagram and had no reply! Will never order again!!!

You will not receive a refund be wary!

Returned a £90 coat on 3rd October and still no refund. Absolutely appalling customer service! It should NEVER take a full month for a refund! They are quick enough to accept payment and send the goods out! I will be reporting to trading standards. Wish I had read the reviews 😕

Shocking wait for refund

Sent an item back which was received into dlsb warehouse on the 29th August 2024.

After sending numerous emails asking when my refund would be processed I EVENTUALLY received my money back yesterday the 30th October 2024 , over 2 months is a ridiculous time too wait.
Clothes are lovely but will not order from this company again, if they could fix the timeframe on their refunds they might not lose so much custom in the future.

Avoid this company!

Shocking company items sent back and received by them 14th September… numerous emails to ask where is my £80 refund replies always the same “we are experiencing delays in refunds” “sorry we are working hard to rectify this” tomorrow is 1st November still no refund…. Good luck if sending anything back!

I returned a coat on the 25th of…

I returned a coat on the 25th of August, I ordered a size 14 and it was more like an 18, I am still waiting on my return, I have contacted their customer care team 6 times now and o continue to get the same reply….”our small team are working hard to resolve this” we and now working on blah blah month and week. I’m beginning to think the company are trying to buy time and they are in financial trouble and that I may never get this money back.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs!
Item was supposedly delivered 4 weeks ago, it was not. Was told they were persuing a claim through Royal mail. Asked several times for an update and nobody has replied. Customer service is absolutely shocking.

Will never buy from such a terrible company again!

DONT GIVE MONEY BACK

Returned stuff which was received on 29th August. Still haven’t got my money and communication is just to wait. Their response time is poor and the service is shocking which is a shame as some of the dresses are lovely.

Please don’t waste your time.
