NO REFUND AFTER 2 MONTHS

NO REFUND AFTER 2 MONTHS! As many others have said too, this company is keeping lots of peoples money and I'm not sure I'll ever get it back.
Is anyone actually receiving their refunds in the end?
They confirmed they received back £85 worth of items on 9th September and since then just automated messages advising they are busy and now no communication.
I have ordered so many items from them over the years and luckily not had to return much but now I won't be ordering again which is a shame as I have always loved their clothes.
Being so close to Christmas too, it's just unacceptable.
Sort it out DLSB!!

Bad company.

Bad company.
Sent a return, after 2 months no refund. You cannot speak to someone, you will be ignored.
You will also be blocked on socials for chasing up your much delayed refund. In the end the bank had to front the money because of this scam company. Many requests for refunds get deleted and blocked, makes you wonder how much money they’ve made from it

I received a damaged pair of trousers, I sent my return back the same day and two weeks on still waiting for a refund! Will not order from them again, customer service is appalling who just give you the same excuse! They are still doing refunds from September we are now in November! Totally unacceptable

Do not order from this company

Returned items in August with tags on them and still in the plastic bags . Untouched. It has now been 50 working days and I still have not received my refund and I have been ignored by email, Facebook and Instagram and a lot of comments were made on the owners Facebook page and she actually removed the post which is absolutely shocking behaviour as there was people waiting longer than me for a refund and a lot more money.

Hello can you please refund my item you received this back 28/08/2024 and I am still awaiting the refund. I have also contacted the consumer Ombudsman as you have broken your own T&C'sOrder ID 1010491 item Drive em wild orange gold foil midi wrap dress product code TM0185-ORANGEGOLD-18 we are now in October and you have had the dress over a month or so now. Please issue this refund and reply within 24 hours.

Please do not order you will lose money !

As others have said I wish I’d checked the reviews. Returned items and refund has not been issues. I’ve had to go to trading standards and my bank. Shocking that a company can keep trading yet they owe customers thousands of pounds

Appalling Cusomer Service

Again if I could give 0 stars I would.
Return sent back in August and waiting on more than 200pounds return.
Awful customer service, I've only had one email apologising about the delay in 3 months. Have sent them multiple emails all to no avail and no refund. Not sure how they are getting off with this and haven't rectified the issue LONG before now. Processing Summer returns at Christmastime? Very poor business foresight and think they should be giving customers that have waited this long for a refund at least some kind of compensation like 20 pounds(minimum) to use on their site again.

Do not process refunds nor respond to contact

Don’t bother, the returns process is a complete shambles. Took weeks to confirm my return was received. Still waiting nearly a month later for the refund to be issued.

Edit- I since raised a dispute via my bank and they have refunded the money

Scammers!! Beware 😡

I ordered a dress on the 28th August which sadly didn’t fit so I organise to return. I have had two emails saying that they are behind and had a backlog. Despite several contact emails with the company they still yet give me a refund and we are now in November. Surely if you are that far behind with refunds then you need to get some more staff. I don’t know if I will ever see my money back so I have had to go through my bank.

I've always really liked the clothes…

I've always really liked the clothes from DLSB but this is now the 2nd time since August I've returned clothes and had to wait an unacceptable time for the refund. The latest returns were received by them on the 6th September, it's now almost 9 weeks later and still no sign of a refund which isn't a small amount.
It's really put me off ordering from them again.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company.
I ordered 3 items on 5th October which I needed for a function, it said they would come within the time I had. The order did not come straight away and on emailing the company they said it would be sent when all items were available. None of my items said they were out of stock so I insisted on them sending what were in stock straightaway. I received the dress dress and fascinator, but no sandals, even though on the app it said my order had been fulfilled. It says on the invoice enclosed only 2 items sent, I have emailed them six times since 25th October with no reply whatsoever. I am wanting a refund on the items received due to low quality but want the non-receipt of the sandals addressing before I return anything but I’m now in a dilemma as I need to return the other items before 11th November and have read on other reviews that refunds take forever and some have not received refunds at all. Wish I had looked at the reviews on here before ordering as I wouldn’t have touched them had I known what an awful company they are.
Hate leaving negative reviews but I feel I have to given how I and many others have been treated.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from here. The website glitched when I ordered and I was charged twice, asked them to cancel the order and they said it was ‘too late’ and I would just need to return the items when I received them (at my own expense!!).
Sent £120 worth of clothing back over six weeks ago now and I’m getting no responses to my emails or messages on their social media. Appalling customer service, not sure how they’re getting away with this to be honest?

ORDER NOT DELIVERED AND WONT RESPOND

I placed an order for a dress in early October, it did not arrive. I have emailed them several times requesting a refund or the dress to be sent and they are not responding to my emails. Avoid avoid avoid.

Awful company - AVOID

Awful company. Waiting since September for a refund and it is now November! They have resold the items so have been paid twice for them! I suspect they are going out of business so holding on to as much money as they can. They are deleting all comments about it from social media. Terrible customer service. AVOID!
