Still waiting on a refund from 2nd August. Last time I emailed they were only processing refunds from July!

Disgraceful company £162 I’m owed shame shame shame on you!!! I’ve just read in the chronicle your story about how you made your company and what you’re worth now! How about giving me and all these ladies our money back it’s not on, your company has now ceased and we’re all left without our cash back!

Awaiting a £400 refund from August !! What can I do now!!

Please do not purchase from this company! Ordered £160 worth of dresses back in August to find something for a wedding. Returned all of them due to poor quality and no refund despite sending them back. No reply to numerous emails either. Absolutely shocking!

Do not buy from this company, send my order back 3 months ago an no refund! I think they’ll go bankrupt soon they clearly have cash flow issues.

Been waiting for a refund since August and been fobbed off with the same “we are busy” email they sent every time.

DLSB . I would have given no stars but unable to do so. The company has been wound up but clearly took my order and money despite this. I have now been informed I have to go through the winding up company to try and get a refund. Disgusting behaviour.

Retuned items over 6 weeks ago, no refund. Now they are being formally wound up. Have had to go through my bank!

Waiting on a refund, by the look of all these reviews, I won’t be seeing that. I’ve emailed the company and had a generic response, so emailed them off the back of that, not heard anything since, not even to say they’ve ceased trading. Very, very poor. Nothing but short of theft. Very disappointing from the company.

Returned items early september, received emails to say they had received them and that they are a small business and that my refund would be delayed. When I emailed to chance this weeks later they were requesting proof of return, despite me receiving an email to say the shop sent it, the company received it yet no reply or refund. Awful customer service and £70 out of pocket.

Awful refund process. Avoid using at all costs. They received my return the 17/10/24 and advised it may take up to 21 working days for a refund to be completed. The 21 working days were up on 15/11/24 and still no refund. The message on the app now states:

“ FRP Advisory Limited have been instructed to deal with the formal winding up of the Company. If your query is regarding a refund, please initial contact your credit / debit card provider.”

Have been waiting for my refund for nearly 2 months and now I see DLSB have gone out of business!!!

I have returned 2 orders totalling over £160 but received no refund and no replies to my various emails.

DLSB has ceased trading and I am still waiting on my money like so many others!! Surely there is a way we can get our money back!

They have got a lot of money from customers that they have refused to return to them and they have made a lot of money so we are owed our money back!

Do not order anything off this site they have ceased trading i have been waiting for a refund for 23 days worst company ever kept saying wait 21 days as busy had to raise a refund off my bank

The quality of the clothes are really hit and miss. The worst part is, I can’t get my money back after returning the items I didn’t like. I got an email confirming they received my return at the beginning of September, and over 2 months later I’m still waiting on a refund. They said they escalated my return, but now apparently they are dealing with too many escalations. I’m seeing many other people are also having this issue, and likely this is a financial issue, because these time scales are ridiculous and I’m not convinced I will ever see that money. I also noticed that their instagram page no longer exists, either that or they have taken it down temporarily. I won’t be ordering from here again because it’s far too unreliable.

Bought a dress returned it the next day by special delivery. And I'm still waiting for my money back. The item has been recieved as I have proof of return.
